When I order my food I expect to be 2 things. Hot and what i ordered. Sadly it wasn't either of those. I ordered a ruben, how do you hear gyro when I specifically asked for a ruben?? Also, even if you thought I said gyro wouldn't you ask me which type?? The lamb meat literally tastes like dog food! Also, didn't get the cup of cheddar that I freaking paid for?!?

Best Arby’s I’ve had for a while, made me want to review. Came into the dining room to place a takeout order after a rough night at work and these kind gentleman made it so much better. I didn’t get their names but it was a crew of 3-4 and they were all very accommodating, let me know how long of a wait and made everything FRESH AND HOT!!! You can tell when someone cares about what they serve to their guests, and this crew is one that truly does care!

Great service the manager, Jose, made sure my meal was fresh prepared even after I ordered my food incorrectly(forgot to tell them to remove an item off sandwich) he helped me out in making sure my sandwich was made correctly as I was allergic to what was on the sandwich!! Above and beyond service by far which is hard to find these days!!
