Definitely need to retrain who they have working here! It’s not acceptable to serve burnt food to customers just because they ordered DoorDash and can’t go back and say anything right away. Before opening the bag I could tell every single nugget was burnt because of the smell. Most nuggets looked like this and some were more black in color. When you call to speak to a manager they hang up in your face as well!

Always out of a majority of their menu, have to wait 10-15 minutes both in and out of rush times. Consistent this way for months. Poor performance leading to people having to look elsewhere for food.
Update - still only stocking plain nuggets. Don't waste your time.

I said that's the wrong thing and they were like no it isn't. Priced went up. Well it's against the law to advertise one price and charge another.

I ordered a large bucket of pretzel nuggets to be delivered via doordash yesterday for a work pot luck. The store cancelled the order 20 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered (today). Can't call the store because the phone number doesn't work. You all too busy to make 1 large bucket of pretzels?

Makes doordashers wait for new batch even when they have fresh ready. It doesn’t make any sense. Doordash customers are also your customers but still this store gives priority to walk in customers than doordash.

I use to love buying the pretzels here , till I saw that the girls who made them don’t have a proper outfit, this girl was having her top on top of her belly button and her belly was covered with flour and touching the dough . It was something really gross to see ??

They got my order to me at exactly the time they promised and put extra butter on the pretzels for me despite the fact they close in 7 minutes. They even filled the bucket all the way to almost overflowing for me. Wonderful staff and service!
