All the reviews are accurate. Terrible place barely giving any ice cream when asked about the scoops started saying something about weight? Keeping the ice cream behind them for some reason when every other places hands it to you as if we weren’t going to pay, would not recommend this location go to a different baskin robin.

This location has gone down hill, came with my parter to get her free scope of ice cream. Because another phone number was linked to our account they refused to give the free scope of ice cream that we always go get for her birthday. Absolutely terrible.

Not great... Did they change ownership recently? I'm seeing more than once about them weighing ice cream, I thought that was odd... They definitely don't follow food safety regulations! The guy behind the counter manhandled my ice cream cone without gloves on. When asking for a bowl instead I was told I was going to be charged extra! Why should I be charged extra because you can't follow basic health department requirements?

Only ice cream store in Kansas City that weighs their ice cream!!!!! They’re also disrespectful and items are being upcharged. Smaller portion sizes too need to replace this one with a Dairy Queen instead

My family used to love coming here. We get the same thing every time. Used to be right around eighteen dollars. Today almost $27 for the exact same order. Now they're weighing every cup and cone and portions went down as well. Guess we're done coming here. What a shame.

I had 2 coupons I was trying to use for free scoops. When they scanned my coupons, there was some error saying I had already used them.. which I hadn't... and it was very clear on my app that they were still available to use. The manager came over and said that once it's been scanned they can not use it again. I asked him even tho they are the ones that scanned them.. he wouldn't honor my coupon? He started yelling at me telling me that it was already used and I would have to pay full price. I left that location very upset and went to another one down the road. I had no issues AT ALL using my coupons there. Terrible customer service! Will not be going back to that location!
