Born and raised in KC, this is the best Baskin Robbin’s I have ever been to. It’s by far the cleanest. Everything is always pristine, from the seating area, the service area, so clean! The whole staff is friendly, timely and kind. We have ordered several cakes and they have been perfect every time. Our preferred ice cream shop!

Owner seemed stingy over a kid who had a birthday. She didnt want to give her a birthday discount even though it was her birthday. A bit rude to me. Very particular over the number of samples you can try and the place had outdated seating

Clerk was short with us. Rolled her eyes when I said no tip on my card. I always give cash tips if able. The milkshakes were awful ?. Didn't even drink mine, my daughter did drink about half and threw hers away.

Horrible customer service. There is a big sign on the takeout case that says only employees can remove items. That's fine except the second I approached the case, the employee rushed over there and stood literally inches away from me to make sure I didn't touch the door. I was so stressed out I didn't even bother and left.

Went in for a double scoop oreo cone with m&m and sprinkles and a triple scoop bowl. Got charged over $21 because the lady added an extra scoop. She read the order back to me without mentioning the extra scoop and when i asked for the receipt thats when she apologized for adding extra. Watch out for extra charges because this isnt the first time.

Don’t order the sundaes from here. Everything is weirdly weighed on a scale. Yes they try to hide the ice cream under whip cream and even try to disguise the cherry as ice cream. This business won’t last.

Terrible customer service. My order was taken twice and then I was charged double. Confusion and mistakes happen but then to tell your customer it is their fault is not ok. Maybe have one person help one customer and not have 3 people ask the same question to the same customer. Will not be returning to this location.

This is the stingiest store I have ever been to. They only allow 2 samples, they weigh the scoops of ice cream to make sure they aren't giving you too much, and the scoops are the size of a golf ball. Do yourself a favor and go to the BR on Johnson Dr.... WAY better location.
