After years of not going after accepting that I had to eliminate gluten from my diet I tried BD's when some friends visited and wanted to go. They now have GF labels on all ingredients and will cook any food on request in a clean pan in the kitchen instead of on the shared grill. Years ago their allergen protocol was good-intentioned but weak. Now it's been nicely redone. The food is literally what you make if it, which was always kind of fun. However it's also still not a solid value for the meal. Have a mindset of "I am paying for the experience" and the pricing makes more sense.
Dietary restrictions: Good allergen protocols are in place. However any customer can use tongs across ingredients without understanding the impact, so take that risk into account.

Purchased general taos chicken over fried white rice, & Crab Rangoon, received uncooked Rangoon, my main dish was cold & not over fried rice, I was given dried out brown rice. If you offer a service & we pay for it, it should be served correctly.

Amazing. Fun restaurant idea. Really good menu. Highly recommend saving room for the big brownie at the end! Wonderful staff, fast paced, and all around great atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is AMAZING because it has a buffet, you get to watch your food cook, and the food is just delicious.

We frequent BD's when we can. Love the cuisine. Staff usually does well. Forgot an appetizer but she admitted she forgot and comp'd the item. It happens. Either way, not distraught. We'll continue to return.
