After years of not going after accepting that I had to eliminate gluten from my diet I tried BD's when some friends visited and wanted to go. They now have GF labels on all ingredients and will cook any food on request in a clean pan in the kitchen instead of on the shared grill. Years ago their allergen protocol was good-intentioned but weak. Now it's been nicely redone. The food is literally what you make if it, which was always kind of fun. However it's...

Amazing. Fun restaurant idea. Really good menu. Highly recommend saving room for the big brownie at the end! Wonderful staff, fast paced, and all around great atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend.
