I found out about Hamu from Nextdoor and am so glad I did. The proprietor was absolutely lovely as was the shop. The delicacies were on point and we also bought the cutest crocheted animals the owner said his friend makes. We bought a little bit of everything pastry wise, and every single thing we had was a 10/10! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. I also loved the aesthetic of the store - simple yet elegant, calming, welcoming. This place is an absolute hidden gem!

This bakery is 10/10. The French toast, the passion fruit panna cotta and the egg buns were so good. Don't sleep on the cakes selection either. The snow chiffon cake with custard cream was amazing. They also carry Japanese soufflé cheesecake and basque cheesecake.
The owner was also very sweet, amazing service. We will definitely be back!

Tried HAMU Bakery for the first time in November. Definitely a new go to for us! Purchased a variety of items to try, then called back to order a strawberry cake for an upcoming birthday. Everything was excellent, and you won't get better customer service anywhere!!

The shop is small, but there's so much variety in the pastries! Has sweet and savory options, and the man who worked the counter was so sweet and friendly! He explained to my mother and I how he makes his pineapples cakes :) Very nice spot with so much passion! you can really feel the joy they get from baking and sharing their culture.
