This place sucks. Last time I ate here I had bad quality chicken. So chewy and disgusting. Tonight I decide to give them another shot and they give me brown avocado. Half my bowl was one massive piece of broccoli that was all stem and chewy beef that sucks. Their flavors are awful. I genuinely believe this place is the worst restaurant in KC.

I was very pleasantly surprised by Bibibop in general. This is the only location I've ever visited, but it seems good. The staff has been dutiful and efficient whether going through the line or doing carry out.If you've never been to a Bibibop, it is good Asian food done in the same style, and at a similar price point to Chipotle. They have lots of non meat options, and interesting toppings. I avoided them for a long time, because I assumed it would be pricey and bland corporate Asian food. It might be a little corporate, but it isn't pricey or bland. At least not at the time of this review.

Customer service is the key for a business to grow. The Latino associate, btw she’s a member of management, looked like she’s only there to make a paycheck? Not friendly at all, not acknowledging customers, and most importantly not saying thank you.

After reading other Yelp reviews, we decided to try this place for the first time. Here is what we thought:Smelly Impression: 0/10 As soon as we walked in, we were hit with a pungent sewer smell. This was off-putting and I was skeptical to go in and eat, but we proceeded. The smell wasn't just in the vestibule but throughout the restaurant. Chipotle-esque: 9/10 Previous reviewers are right about this being an Asian version of Chipotle. It is the same concept, only with different food. I do love the healthy food options compared to other nearby places. It is also inexpensive and the food portions are generous. Customer Service: 6/10 The customer service was underwhelming. The employees were not motivated or unenthusiastic but we appreciated their generous portions and when we approached the counter, we were met with, "What do you want?" Eek. It was not bad but it was not great either. If this is my first time, convince me that I should be here! Food: 8/10 I got a build-your-own bowl with white rice, potatoes, chicken, veggies, and teriyaki sauce. The flavor was awesome, the chicken was tender, and the potatoes were seasoned well. It could have used a touch more teriyaki, but that is a personal preference. For two of us, it was around $27 bucks. Overall: 7.2/10 Honestly, I was underwhelmed by this evening's experience. The establishment itself is nice and clean with modern decor, but between the customer service and pungent smell, I am not sure I will return. I can say that I ate here, but I am not in a rush to go back. If I do choose to eat here again, I may do take out.

I’m so impressed! The food is really high quality and super filling. I could only eat half as much as I normally do and the flavors were amazing.Dietary restrictions: So many gluten free options!

We ate outside. I can always count on consistently delicious flavors and textures. I order the small bowl with Korean beef every single time, and it always slaps.

I took my family there. My wife and daughter loved it. My son and I didn't care for it. I think it was just that we were not accustomed to the taste. The girls have already gone back to is so I think it was just our taste pallets.

I love Bibibop - we just catered them at our wedding this weekend and the food was a hit with everyone. Plenty of sauces and food overall. We ordered for 45 despite only having 38 (Just in case) and we ended up with two platters of purple rice leftover!I love the Waldo location and the one by Oak Park Mall. Order tofu on meatless Mondays and get half off!Y se hablen!

I've had nothing but good experiences here. I have a gluten allergy, but I've never gotten sick, and the workers are always nice.

Bibibop was incredibly clean and the atmosphere was so nice. I love that there are so many options for everybody no matter what your allergies are. The restaurant is 100% gluten free, which I appreciated a lot. Everything was delicious and the service was incredible. My husband got the sweet potato noodles and I’m going to have to get those next time because they were incredible. There’s free miso soup which was very nice and mild but the tofu in it was incredible.Dietary restrictions: The restaurant is 100% gluten free as well as offering lots of options for those with other allergies. I even got a chocolate chip cookie that was both gluten and dairy freeParking: Free parking and plenty of it, the restaurant is in the parking lot for the mall

Recommended dishes: Miso Soup, Steak Bowl

Excellent food with great vegan options. Will definitely be returning here again. You can create your own bowl and there are many options to add it. Sauces are great. And miso soup on the house was really good as well.
