Lots of vegetarian options that were clearly labeled. I’ve had the tofu family style and tofu curry and both were delicious.

I dined in for dinner at Bo Ling’s on 7/19 and ordered the General Tso’s chicken. Taste-wise, it was fine. I ended up taking leftovers home with me. The next day, I cut into a piece of my leftover chicken to discover that it was completely pink in the middle. This was really disappointing and upsetting for me, considering I had consumed some of the undercooked chicken already the night before when I was dining in. Raw chicken is obviously really unsafe. I really hope the restaurant sees this and is more conscious in the future. I don’t think I’ll ever be going back though because of this.

We travel for work and this Father’s Day we were in Kansas City! So, I had to find a place for Peking Duck to have with my Dad. It’s an over 10 year tradition! They have Peking duck, but it’s called something else. It was amazing!! I worked at a higher end Chinese restaurant so I’m very picky with my Chinese food and this location really impressed! All the food was amazing, the waitress was so nice, and the restaurant was nice but not overly fancy. Would definitely recommend!!

Seems like the quality of food is declining. I am frequently seeing food that is either overly oily, over cooked, or just plainly does not taste good. The management need to make note.

The restaurant is very beautiful. The food came out pretty fast and I enjoyed my order of Beijing Beef. The service was excellent as we had a courteous server, we were even given to go drink cups that we didn’t ask for. I will go back to this restaurant to try another menu item.

Today was the first time that my wife and I went to Bo Lings on 135th. I had gone once by myself but that was way back in the late 80s and I really do not remember that experience.But, I can tell you this. Since my wife and I were married in 1986, we have been real fans of Chinese food anywhere we could find it, as long as the quality was good. However, lately I have overheard a few of my friends and coworkers talking about how good the food is at Bo Lings, so I was finally ready to go with my wife and give it a try.The only word that comes to mind is "WOW"!! My wife and I both agreed we had never had Chinese food that good in our lives. I got the General Tso's Chicken and my wife got the Cashew Chicken. We also got an order of 6 crab rangoon, and they were amazing too. That was the most enjoyable and delicious meal we have experienced in a very long time.Before we left I asked to speak to the manager, which for them is usually an "Oh No" moment. But I wanted her to know just how impressed we were with the entire experience. Not only was the food the best we ever had, but the staff was great too. I think during our visit there we had the chance to speak to at least four or five members of the staff that was there today.We have long had a "Favorites" list and it has been a long time since we last added a new restaurant to that list, but we did today. And I would even go so far as to say that it is close to the top. We will definitely be going back again, and I hope very soon.You guys were fantastic and you just won two more faithful customers for your restaurant. You eaned it. WOW!!!
