Food was luke warm to start with and cool pretty quickly. (This was dine-in food not take-out.) Steamed veggies were undercooked. Boston Market has been one of my go-to places in the past for comfort food. I'll have to rethink that notion.
Normally I am very happy with the food here. Tonight, out of 3 items ordered, they were out of 2! I had white meat chicken instead of dark (not as good, definitely more dry) and my friend had meatloaf instead of prime rib. The other person ordered a salad and had to wait quite a while to receive it, while my friend and I started eating right away. I was not impressed, but will give them another try as I usually enjoy it much more.

I remember eating this a lot when I was in college. I and my first wife always enjoyed heating here for a homestyle meal after we discovered it and it is still just as delicious. The only drawback is that there aren't many in the Kansas City area
