Always a joy to spend an evening here. Outstanding food and attentive service. Tonight we were seated at the counter facing the kitchen and got a close look at the actions and insights from the chef and staff members. We cannot recommend this place enough.

The food was amazing, our server was fantastic, and the chef in charge of the students makes a point to stop by every table to check in. It's no wonder it's so hard to get reservations! One of the best meals out we've had in a very long time!

We enjoyed the diverse menu. Each dish was complex and well executed. Sauces and microgreens brought sunshine and bite, caviar popped in your mouth, fish sang and ribs rocked. A Valentines Day to remember!

Broadmoor Bistro exceeds our already high expectations every time we visit. It is a one of a kind dining experience that I recommend everyone see first hand. The quality of food for the price cannot be beat. Can't wait to return!

We loved it! Mackenzie was delightful. One thing, make sure the servers mention that the Jerk seasoning is spicy, we were not prepared for the level of spice, it was very, very good just spicier than anticipated. And, thank you for having decaf!!!

Student serving was clearly unhappy with the role. Food was all style, no substance. Risotto was undercooked, a good 5-7mins from aldente, vegetable accompaniment was bitter, flavors didn't meld with the dishes. Fish was cooked decent, no issues with the fish. Bread was decent, amuse was same as last menu (butternut squash soup(closer to a coulee) as it was room temp (cold to the tongue). Overall, prior menu was better executed. Hope to see a better showing next time. It's very pricey considering what was provided and was charged by item rather than the fixed rate prior which was strange. Last sem it was $40/person and we paid $120 for 3. This time was only 2 and it was $96, but trying to keep in mind students are the production and service so there will always be hiccups.

The food was fabulous. Great value for the $$$. The service is always fun as some of the students are newer than others. We had a young man who has waited us on several other times and he was nice and relaxed and fun to see after the break. Lobster gnocchi? Sea bass? Wonderful appetizer and desserts. What's not to love?

The Bistro is an excellent place to eat if you are willing to try something new. The quality of the food is top drawer, the service is great and you will be giving High School students an opportunity to learn a career. All in all - an excellent way to enjoy a good meal.

Everything about our first experience at Broadmoor Bistro was excellent. The students working as servers and hosts were pleasant and professional. They responded quickly to any request. The food was delicious. The courses were beautifully plated and included unique takes on simple foods. We are eager to return to continue exploring the creative menu.

5 stars through and through. The young staff is eager and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The tour of the kitchen and learning about this high school culinary program made the visit even more memorable.

The food is fantastic! This place may be a bit noisy for a first date, but it's very fun for a family gathering! Our group consisted of mostly men. Since one member in our group stuck to his ketogenic diet, the rest of us were happy to snag some of his food. Our ketogenic diner left feeling hungry, but said he enjoyed his Caesar salad and salmon. I wondered if the college aged male in our group would get enough to eat, and he did leave satisfied. However, because of the warm, welcoming and attentive staff, our college aged male said he wouldn't return, lol.

This was a wonderful experience. The food is phenomenal! We had the scallops, the Cesar salad, rib sandwich, salmon, chicken and for dessert the opera, apple tatin and the raspberry pistachio. Oh. My. Word. The raspberry dessert is to die for. We took some pastries home: raspberry cheese cake, raspberry pinwheel and chocolate croissant. Each are delicious as well. Go support the kids!

The food and drinks and server were excellent. We also enjoyed the tour. The only thing not tasty was the little soup with croutons (a surprise pallet teaser you receive before the appetizer). You should swap that for a different food.

The food was absolutely amazing! It tastes great and the presentation was beautiful. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the dishes and did a great job checking on us throughout the meal. Overall these kids did a great job. Will definitely be back.
