Had high hopes but sadly the taiyaki was soggy, the boba was overcooked, and the hot milk tea we got was lukewarm. Do not order the wintermelon tea. It is not at all the 冬瓜茶 you might be looking for if you ever had one in Asia.

Tried it for the first time today! One of the ~best~ boba places I've ever been to. Top notch boba (not overcooked! this is miraculous!), exquisite flavor, and fabulous employees! I got a rose snow, and, friends, it was revolutionary!! so beautiful! Also, the wall for customers to put up sticky note art is really cool. I naturally had to add my own contribution ;) This is a great spot! I am definitely going to frequent this place from now on ? ?

New favorite boba spot! They're always so friendly AND fast. I love that they offer a ton of options to customize your drinks. Plus, they offer great options for those not wanting boba (try the snow drinks!)

My friends and I frequent this boba shop and it is our favorite in the area! There are options for everybody no matter the taste, they are very kind and it's just a very welcoming store.I got to try their green Thai tea today with my friends and it has become one of my favorite drinks, I recommend everybody to try this place at least once! Their Taiyaki is made fresh and all the flavors are fantastic! My friend recommends the apple flavor and I recommend the classic custard :)

1st visit here. After lunch at Jumbo Noodles next door, I was looking for something light and refreshing. I ordered the “8 Ice Green Tea Kamquat and Plum”. Perfect choice! I forgot to tell the server I wanted 1/2 the syrup (like I always do at all Bobba Tea shops) but drink was perfectly flavored. And not sugar sweet too!
