Some of the best service I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time, on top of being great food! We’ll go out of our way to eat here again!

A cockroach fell from the lamp above our booth and went under the booth. The manager/owner I presume just let us know pest control comes regularly and gave us a percentage off of our bill. Doesn’t look like pest control comes so regularly clearly, and this is a BIG deal food safety wise. 20% or so does not cover that disgust at all. I assumed the whole meal would be comped and remade due to being on the same table as a roach but I guess my food-safety standards are higher than the local food industry. Thankful it didn’t land in the food so we switched tables and still ate as we’re traveling in a time crunch, but won’t be returning due to safety concern.

We visited for the first time today and loved it! The service (by Jack), and the food were fabulous. I highly recommend the brisket rangoons, and my friend loved the spring rolls. The sauce is wonderful. We’ll for sure be back, and you will be glad if you go!

The appetizers were outstanding but the main dishes weren’t even average for the price. I’ve had better at a food truck for half the price. For a party of four spending $200 on dinner, this was not worth the price. Super disappointing.

What a great bbq place. Our first visit and we will be back.
We were seated immediately and had drink orders in almost as soon as we got seated.
Their menu is such a fun fusion of bbq and Asian.
We started out with Brisket Rangoon and Thai sausage dumplings. The flavors of both of these appetizers were so good. We had a sweet and sour with the dumplings, but they also brought a bottle of their bbq and Tiger Cry sauce. Both were quite yummy
My husband and I split the 2 meat lunch with a side of baked beans. We got Brisket and Thai sausage. The brisket was very lean and tender. Sausage juicy and flavorful.
I bought a bottle of the Tiger Cry to take home.
Great find in Overland Park.
The staff was very good at keeping drinks filled and checking on customers even after it got busy.

I was looking for something different and the brisket Rangoon caught my eye on line and brought me in. The thought of bbq thai fusion was intriguing. I was greeted immediately but was on my own so opted to sit at the bar. The bartender was very knowledgeable about the menu, the food and the business. I told her I had come in for the rangoon and told her I didn’t want straight Thai or straight BBQ but to pick anything she would recommend. I told her I have a high heat tolerance, no weird food allergies and like just about everything. She chose the red curry burnt ends with steamed rice. The manager joined us and we all had great conversation about the food, food in general and their sister restaurant Muni in the River Market. Food, service, presentation and atmosphere were all fantastic. All of the recommendations were spot on. I look forward to my next opportunity.

The food was great, but pricey for the amount.

Went for lunch the first time. Pictures on the web site looking amazing. Four of us. Probably will not go back. Service was good. Ordered the brisket plate. The portions were very small. The brisket was cold and tough. Maybe had five or six small burnt ends. The fries were good, but a small portion, charged a fee for the fries. My bill alone with tip was over $30. Maybe their dinner portions are bigger, but lunch portions were a disappointment. The other three in our group agreed that they would probably not go back. Thank you

Love this place. The owner has an awesome playlist that takes you back, just like his food! It may not be traditional Kansas BBQ, but it was definitely traditional to the taste I know when it comes to Thai food! All that is missing was sticky rice. The brisket ragoons, Thai sausage dumplings and whole wings started things off right. The tiger sauce (crack sauce), wings and rice were a meal I was familiar with and could of alone just satisfied me. We got the three meat plate and I loved the pork belly! Brisket and ribs were good as well. I'm from Texas but I will be back souly to just try the thai offering on Tuesday 😁. Highly recommend!
