I called and ordered a to go order. I realized immediately after hanging up that I accidentally chose the wrong sauce for my girlfriend. I immediately called back. It was the same girl that answered the phone, she even remembered me. When I asked to change to a difference sauce she said she couldn't because she didn't know how to. I asked her to simply walk back to the kitchen and ask them to change it. She forgot to put me on hold and told her manager I was being belligerent. I simply asked her if there's a chance she can do that. Her Manager came on the phone and said the order was already complete and he can't change it. Please keep in mind this order is 40 wings and this all happened within maybe 2 minutes. I said well if the order is already done then they aren't fresh wings so I don't want them anyway. He hung up. I was not rude at all. There was no way they could've completed my order that quickly. They were simply unwilling to help out a customer. I would never go to this store.

Not happy and mildly frustrated. Disgruntled about something pertaining to managemet. Hopefully the General Manager may respond directly to this and give me some method to communicate one on one instead of on a public forum. My intention is to privately address the grievance without painting Buffalo Wild Wings or Management there of in a bad light.

Do not go here!! Just say no. I sent a complaint email AND filled out a survey to have someone contact me and no one has. The wings were fried so bad there was no chicken on them. Plus look how small these are! Yep , TWO huge orders of wings that were inedible and NO ONE GAVE A CRAP. I will never return. Disappointed and disrespected.

The wings is just like how buffalo plays football, you come for a good one, but it’s suck.
Wings are super dry. I feel like the recooked wings from last night. And servers makes me feel, you eat here, you deserve it

Went in Monday Jan 20. We were sat down at a dirty table and handed dirty menus. Ordered our food and my food allergies were completely ignored so only got to semi enjoy our food. We will visit other locations going forward.

The last two times I’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings 135th and Metcalf have been HORRIBLE SERVICE. The last time it would take 20 minutes just to get a beer while sitting at the bar because the girl was too busy on her phone. Today I am ordering food on the app and I show up with the confirmation picture. They tell me they don’t have it and that they can’t help me. They don’t even know how to use their app😂😂😂. Took me four tries and then luckily a manger comes to help. Wait he doesn’t even know what he’s doing and can’t help me either. All around they got great food but HORRIBLE SERVICE

I am trying to fill out a complaint on your guys website and I can’t even place the form. I followed your instructions went to the website clicked on “FAQ and contact us” but I can’t even click on the “contact us” tab. Please help because even after this whole situation I still ordered wings. I received them and my honey BBQ Boneless was literally soup. When I opened the bag up it was covered in sauce and it was so bad that I turned the box over and sauce is pouring out. I go inside and the old lady server is just sitting there talking to her friend and didn’t care at all about my situation luckily the bartender was there to help me. I had to walk up to her from the front desk and asked is my order ready. She responds “no”. And then I hear I a cook in the kitchen saying yes it is ready. She doesn’t even know what’s going on. Maybe look into that@ manager or owner. Really recommend looking into the staff!

These wings were so tough and hard to chew it was absolutely awful. Really was looking forward to eating Bdubs after 6 years in AK and it was tremendously disappointing. Biggest waste of 34 dollars. Go somewhere else.
I eat here for lunch once or twice a month. The food is always consistent and the service is good.

Ryan in the front of the house tonight had a big attitude in addition to sitting on his phone while ignoring customers
