Look at these pathetic "original chicken sandwiches". What a joke. Go elsewhere. This specific location has gone down hill. BK has always been my favorite but this place is such a joke.

Placed my order through the drive thru during a busy hour today 1.28.25 and ordered cheese in the whoopers I ordered. Somehow there was no cheese. So I asked to get cheese when getting my order. One of the employees said " we have a long line so I can't get this for you" she was not in a good mood. But Maria saved the day!! I told her that I had originally order cheese and she got it ready for my order. I give a 5 start just for Maria! I do not know know who the other lady is, but I also work and I tend to help clients to the best of my abilities, even on a busy day. 5 stars to Maria working the 5 pm shift.

The Texas Double Whopper is my favorite, but they put too much sauce on it this time, made bun soggy, the Fries were perfect, and the original chicken sandwich was very good. The inside was very clean, and employees were clean, very nice, quick to get order together, and had us on our way.
Waited for a while in the drive thru only for our order to be missing an $8 chicken sandwich, went back around and only noticed when we got home that we were given the wrong chicken sandwich, one that was cheaper than the one I paid for.
Just like everyone else. Ham burger and small fry 5 bucks. Not worth it.

Waited for 10 minutes at the drive through speaker for someone to take my order. Never happened, got tired of the rain getting into my car so I left.

Bad Manager in the Burger king who speaks very rude. If burger king encourages this kind of managers then it is going to loose it's customers. Finally "Bad Burger king ever seen in my entire life". Please guys don't speak with manager just take your food and leave

Absolutely horrible customer service manager rude and abrasive. Doesn’t know how to manage staff so he ends up frustrated and running around doing triple the work. They failed to give me a sandwich I paid for and was told to read the sign. Not I’m sorry let me correct the mistake but blame the customer. Don’t do BK often won’t be doing this one ever again. Poor management and poor experience.
