I would give zero stars if I could. Decided to try this location one more time after my food was wrong and cold the last time I got food from there. However, I know stuff happens, I have worked in the industry for 14 years and I was just going to ask for my food cooked fresh. When I did, the kid had an attitude and told me to pull to the second window. Before I was even finished paying, someone was putting my food in a bag, I knew it was mine because per usual, there wasn’t a single other customer. I get their attention and say, “I’m sorry, can I please get my food made to order?” He then tells me that they just had a “big rush” and had everything I ordered, specifically, cooking when I pulled up. I was in the parking lot for 10 minutes prior to ordering while my partner went in QT and there was only one customer the entire time. They close the window in my face and start laughing, I had to honk to finally ask them to just give my money back please. Maybe an adult should be on shift with all the teenagers. Never returning.

I went through the drive through and they didn’t give me my credit card back. I had to travel 45 minutes each way to retrieve my card the next day. There was no apology when I got my card back. When I shared with her that I had to drive a long way she started speaking Spanish with another employee - it was very awkward. I just left without an explanation as I don’t speak Spanish.

Placed my order through the drive thru during a busy hour today 1.28.25 and ordered cheese in the whoopers I ordered. Somehow there was no cheese. So I asked to get cheese when getting my order. One of the employees said " we have a long line so I can't get this for you" she was not in a good mood. But Maria saved the day!! I told her that I had originally order cheese and she got it ready for my order. I give a 5 start just for Maria! I do not know know who the other lady is, but I also work and I tend to help clients to the best of my abilities, even on a busy day. 5 stars to Maria working the 5 pm shift.
