I have made some huge changes and encourage all of you to visit us for lunch to see how FAST and how FRESH the food is coming out to you. Very friendly and well mannard staff. Clean. The food was made with care. The play area is great. It's a pretty big play area. We enjoyed it and would eat there again. The ice cream machine Evan works.

Order a chicken sandwich with bacon....get a chicken sandwich with cheese. At least 50 percent of the time it's wrong. Try calling them, forget it. There go pro phone doesn't work. I didnt even order fries, so thanks for the free fries, but once can u just get my order right. Try listening to what the customer is asking for.

My first Burger King in the US in many years. I've been eating at Burger King in Accra Ghana. They've been very good over there and I actually grew to like Burger King a lot. My son only knew Burger King from Ghana and wanted to eat in the US, the country where it came from. We at at this one today. He was a little disappointed and said it tastes better there. I agreed. Not sure if they just have things perfect in Ghana or if this was a fluke. Will eat again and revise my review.

Food was cold and hard. I ordered at 10am and not one thing was fresh! Customer service was poor as well. :(

Went through drive through on Sunday @ around 745pm. Tried to order 2 for $6 Whoppers " we are out of buns". Tried to order Crispy Chicken Tenders " you need to order the grilled chicken sandwich meal to get the chicken tenders". Tried to order Chicken Nuggets " we are out". The evening crew here is absolutely horrible. Not my first time having issues with them... most certainly will be my last!
This location is either never open, understaffed etc. in the past few weeks several of my co workers have tried to get breakfast, lunch or dinner here and either no one is there (bldg totally closed) or they have some kind of issue and can't serve food. just shut down if you can't operate correctly. This isn't MY experience I am writing for 2 coworkers who just tried to get food there

The service was terrible!! The gal taking orders was glaring at me while I ordered. She very rudely cut me off mid-ordering to ask if I want cheese or not. Rolled her eyes when I asked what came in the kids meals, and "ugh"-ed when i requested my kids meals come with fountain drinks instead of apple juice. When our food arrived it was cold and the burger and bun were soggy.

Very disappointed. 830 am. Only 2 workers...cook and front. No welcome. Slow service. Acted like we were an imposition. Not busy but front worker lackadasical. It "looked like" cook was moving very slowly, but not sure about that.

Went to BK to get a quick lunch. Ordered a double cheeseburger (no ketchup) onion rings (with zesty sauce) and a coke. Ended up having to ask for the zesty sauce again. So I get back to my work and found a single cheeseburger with ketchup only, not even close to what I ordered. But was charged for a double cheeseburger. Train your people to double check their orders before sending them on there way. It is so aggravating to pay for an item and not get it. It is just another form of stealing. And no I didn't have time to go back and get it corrected, shouldn't have to if people did their jobs with some diligence.

I am definitely down with the King, the 2 for 10 was a great play for the wife and I. Got the kiddo a kids meal with fanta orange soda. It's usually the only time she gets pop so she was happy, thanks Burger King.
