It has good deals for fast food, but service is sometimes to slow due to lack of people. Some time super fast and sometimes superslow. Overall good.

This particular Burger King the food was hot. Burger King actually has some very good food but most of the places that you go they food is always cold but this place was hot so that was a good thing.

Im not the type to write reviews but i was here after going through some personal stuff having a terrible day. I was waiting in the lobby to get picked up and ‘G’ was the cashier up front and since he saw me asked if i was okay came by multiple times just to check in and make sure i was holding up fine telling me that he hoped my day gets better. As someone who doesnt really talk about their emotions him doing so made it seem like there is still hope for people. I hope this establishment takes his service into account and show him the love he shares out into the world.

Dined in with my daughters and with our order was a box of chicken fries with no ranch. My daughter went to the counter to ask for ranch and they tried charging her for another box of chicken fries. Then I asked my daughter to sit down for me to take care of it. I was then given 2 and told the box only comes with one. Explained we didn't even get the one. Used the men's restroom and there were no paper towels. Watched the manager use the restroom after and hands appeared to be dry. There were also ketchup cups by the soda fountain, but no ketchup. Completely unacceptable and do not recommend this BK.

We have eaten at dozens of Burger King restaurants across the country and we have found, the store at 135th St. & Quivira in Overland Park is doing it right! Hot Juicy Burgers & Hot Crispy Fries like we got when we were kids!

I have driven by this particular Burger King frequently and have never seen a car or cars in the drive-thru. With that said, it’s a national chain so my presumption was that consistency would carry over to all franchises. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I had a coupon that they refused today because it lacked the coupon code. While it’s a small amount of money, the appropriate response should have been, “Hey, no problem. We will get it taken care of today, just be sure to bring the code next time.”

Instead, because of the shift manager’s response, I’ll never visit this Burger King again. I should have brought the code but as the only car in the parking lot and drive-thru, it appears this franchise has the wrong strategy from a customer service and retention standpoint.

Decided to get breakfast one day at 7am. The store said it opens at 6am. No one was there. I try again a week later and they were open. Ordered a double croissant meal and an additional sausage biscuit sandwich. The meal came to 17 bucks which is crazy but whatever. The croissant was very light almost doughy looking. The biscuit was hard as a rock and was visibly over cooked. I won't be going back

LacToasty!

For awhile it was a little rocky with a overworked older woman running the whole thing, but I'm glad they hired more help! I hope she's doing well. Workers are friendly and quick. Food is always hot and fresh. Soda is always good.

Ordered online for dine in. Got to the restaurant at the time my order was to be ready. Waited five minutes for someone to even come to the counter and greet me. They hadn't even pulled my order from the system. They started my order. The guy who prepped it, put it in a bag, then went back to the line, even though I was the only person in the restaurant. Three minutes later, when the drive-thru host finished taking the order from that customer, did she come give me my order. Dining room wasn't clean, no straws at the soda station. Food was fresh, though.

Apparently, tonight they had their store open without a manager is what I was told when I called. I had to call five times for them to answer. I threw up the food I ate you can taste the oil in the mozzarella fries and the burger tasted like metal . Super highly do not recommend.
