The visit was very disappointing. The buns were stale (we wondered why they were cold), fries were cold and tasted old, and they managed to get our drink order wrong (we only ordered 2 drinks, and they were both wrong). Fortunately we had ketchup in the car, because the burgers were dry.

I just ordered my food drove just home and noticed half my ordered is not there
One of their staff parked in handicap without permits, leaving others who are handicap without a spot(I'm handicapwith permit). Don't have the same menu of kck Burger King, App deleted. I'm never eating at a BK again, so no, free food won't help. When your business is this bad, people go to McDonald's or Wendy's.

This could possibly be the worst ran Burger King in the state, if not nation.
Their hours are subjective. There is no telling when they'll actually be open. Their staff is poorly trained and underpaid resulting in bad food and bad experience.
Close this down and put in something new immediately.

I was a little nervous from these reviews but I had the opposite experience. My food was fresh and right even with modifications. And the lady was SO nice. Like not just nice and good at her job, she was make your day NICE. Give her a raise burgerking.

Incredibly rude staff... the rudest at this location. Tried to use two coupons since they say one per customer on them and it was me and my wife and they flat out refused. Can't even follow their own coupons and I've never had a location or been refused before. Have even been to this location before and never had them tell me that, guy was just on a power trip wanting to be in charge and rude, wouldn't even let me talk and kept talking over me. Will not be returning. This is why they will continue to go out of business.

I went to the drive thru at 6:30pm on Thursday Aug 15th and not one car was in the parking lot. I waited at the order speaker for a long time with no response, so I said hello to see if anyone was there. I said hello 4 more times over 5 minutes. Finally someone came on the speaker and screamed “ quit yelling at me and get the hell out of here” This restaurant has always been the lowest experience of any fast food store I have experienced but this is a new low. It is obvious that the owners are operationally challenged and should lose their franchise. Corporate should step up as it is hurting their brand. Very sad.

I don’t know when they started hiring people with zero customer service but it’s been going downhill ever since. The black dude with dreads is the rudest person I’ve ever seen, on 3 separate occasions every time I go to this location he has an attitude and is rude for no reason, i ordered a large coke with no ice, I get to the window and there is ice in it so i tell them it was supposed to be with no ice immediately dude rolls his eyes and asks if it really matters I’m like no not really but it’s a simple and easy fixable mistake on YOUR end no reason to catch an attitude, whole time he makes our order u can here him talking about us for asking him to fix HIS mistake.

It's 9:30 pm on Sunday. We walked in bcuz our phones are dead for mobile. I thought maybe they were closing but they were not for half an hour.
Idk who was working but they were cool as a breeze for these 2 hungry hippies. I work hospitality but at a sit down cas place. The manager working made us feel like we were at our friends' house waiting on dinner. We made jokes and literally dropped all our food fresh and had us out in less than 10 mins. I just wanted to leave this review bcuz she was so cool and treated us like she knew us for years. I hope you keep her as night supervisor. This is now our now fave BK while our logistics jobs keep us here!
