service wasn't good at all and the sandwiches weren't either. It was a bizarre feeling because the kitchen was modern but the outside/waiting/dining space had a rustic vibe and the whole place spelled like toothpaste that wouldn't go away.

Certainly would have been a 4+ if cooked properly. Undercooked onions did chop meat fine enough for my liking.

Is the grill used to cook steak the same one used to cook bacon/pork products?

Nasty. I’ve had a lot of sandwiches and the sandwiches I’ve had here just don’t meet the mark. These sandwiches are expensive too.

I've only ordered and my son picks it up. My favorite is the hot Bobbie. I call it the thanksgiving day sandwich. I have to say the last sandwich had a little too much oil. It still tasted good. I called and the young man was amazing and wanted to comp me a sandwich at a later date. I declined. However I appreciated the offer. I just wanted them aware incase something was off. His attitude was fantastic. THAT is extremely appreciative because many places have lost the customer service care. I tell everyone to try Capriotti's. Super excited to see one going up in Alabama since I travel there a lot. My son's favorite is the pastrami sandwich. Not sure of the name. They have good desserts, too.

The best pastrami sub I've found in KC.

Was empty when I went in. I was the only customer.(Good timing on my part). Didn't have to wait long at all. Food was good. A little on the higher end for a sandwich. Delicious though. I got a 8 &10" cost me $30, yikes. Wagyu Chs Stk is greasy.

Im a first time visitor....The best French dip sandwich I've ever had and one of the best sandwiches in general I've ever had. Will be back to try the other options.

Food 4/5: Classic Cheese Steak * The sandwich was good. The steak was cooked great, had good flavor, and when paired with the other ingredients, it was a great combination. Service 4/5 * The workers were kind, nice, and helpful. With it being my first time here, they provided a sense of security which I appreciated. Ambiance 4/5 * The noise level was somewhat quiet which I appreciated. * It was slightly peaceful being inside and watching the cars pass by you and since it was a sunny day, it felt relaxing to sit down and be in the present moment. Overall 4/5. I enjoyed the sandwich, service, and location of this establishment. I recommend coming to this place to get a sandwich or anything else on their menu. I will be returning to try more of their food options.

Really good Philly cheese steak sandwich. My friends had other selections but were just as happy with their food items. I will definitely be back.

Sandwich was pretty good, but you should maybe check with legal before having this type of pay differential.
