This is the second time I have been here, last time I waited in the drive through for 5 minutes, no one else in line, and had to honk to let them know I was at the ordering area. This time I’m again the only car in line, ordered right away, but have now been sitting waiting for my drinks for 10 minutes, again nobody here. Slow, apathetic, painful to be here. I won’t be back.

We were in the KC area for a softball tournament and I needed a good place for coffee. This is an interesting coffee house as it is attached to a gas station. The coffee was really good, the staff was friendly and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. There is adequate seating and my only complaint is that they were out of the sandwhich I was wanting to order.

I usually stop here on my way to work, they’re always really slow. Today I stopped, was told they couldn’t make an espresso drinks which was fine. I ordered a large caramel high rise cooler, was charged for a medium, but got a small something(not a caramel high rise). I ordered a chocolate croissant and they didn’t even take it out of the package. Overall just not pleased with the service at this location.

I hate giving this place a low review because it implies that everything is bad, and that isn’t the case.
The Good: I really like the afternoon and evening employees. They’re always nice and provide great and timely service. Never have any issues, no notes, keep it up.
The Bad: The morning crew. It didn’t used to be this way, but anytime I come through in the morning, it’s a crapshoot whether or not I’ll get what I ordered, or if they’ll even be open at the proper time. One guy refused to use a headset for a while and made people order at the window. That seems to have stopped now, but it was weird. One time I came through and was overcharged for a medium drink. It’s usually 6.58 but I was charged 7.70. Brought it up to an afternoon guy who said he’d look into it. Not sure what happened, but that felt really bad. This morning I stopped in around 6:15am; they open at 6am allegedly. I sat at the drive-thru box for several minutes and wasn’t helped. Went to the window and the lights were on, but I didn’t see any workers. I drove around to the front thinking I was mistaken about the opening time. Right on the door it sat it opens at 6am. I saw two people inside working. I figured maybe it was an honest mistake so I went back around to the drive through, sat there for another few minutes being ignored, pulled up to the window, and suddenly all the lights were off. This leads me to believe that they were purposely trying to avoid me.
Idk what’s going on at this place, but the morning crew needs a coming-to-Jesus meeting, or a complete overhaul because they’re not doing a good job. That’s crazy to me because the afternoon people are mostly teenagers. You know it’s bad when the teens are doing a better job than the adults.

Love Caribou ☕, but this location.... Don't use the drive unless you have 30+ minutes to kill. The speaker is broken, the mobile app doesn't work for this location, and service is painfully slooooooooow.

called 2 times no answer, called because it's a long drive and i wanted to know if something was in stock, she finally answered the third time after it almost fully rung through, and when i addressed that i called like 2 times and no one answered, she hung up on me in the face. then i just called again to ask her if she hung up on me and she didn't apologize like a normal employee. she was quite rude saying she "doesn't want to have a petty talk" since she's working alone, "everything IS in stock, are there any other questions?" i laughed and said okay and hung up because i find her service quite funny and embarrassing. anyway i did not end up going to get my breakfast that i looked forward to because id be supporting such an attitude someone at their job not willing to do it properly. second hand embarrassment.

Wanted something other than Starbucks so I drove to this location. It is 7:30 AM and they’re supposedly open from 6 AM to 6 PM and they are closed.
I don’t come here often but every time I do, there’s an issue. This morning they were “having issues with the card machine, so cash only”… ok fine, I have some cash. Ordered two sausage biscuits “sorry, we’re out of those”. Bffr. Every single time I’ve hit this drive thru, it’s something. Get it together.
