called 2 times no answer, called because it's a long drive and i wanted to know if something was in stock, she finally answered the third time after it almost fully rung through, and when i addressed that i called like 2 times and no one answered, she hung up on me in the face. then i just called again to ask her if she hung up on me and she didn't apologize like a normal employee. she was quite rude saying she "doesn't want to have a petty talk" since she's working alone, "everything IS in stock, are there any other questions?" i laughed and said okay and hung up because i find her service quite funny and embarrassing. anyway i did not end up going to get my breakfast that i looked forward to because id be supporting such an attitude someone at their job not willing to do it properly. second hand embarrassment.

Wanted something other than Starbucks so I drove to this location. It is 7:30 AM and they’re supposedly open from 6 AM to 6 PM and they are closed.

I don’t come here often but every time I do, there’s an issue. This morning they were “having issues with the card machine, so cash only”… ok fine, I have some cash. Ordered two sausage biscuits “sorry, we’re out of those”. Bffr. Every single time I’ve hit this drive thru, it’s something. Get it together.

I always find Caribou a pleasant place to visit, especially the ones with overstuffed chairs. Most baristas go above and beyond and the food is always fresh and tasty!

Caribou has the best mocha coffee ever. I moved out of state and do not have Caribou where I live? so I drink as many as I can when I'm in town?
This place is so rude. I just walked into store and immediately we close in 30 mins and i said okay it says at 6 pm and the lady says ‘sir we close in 30 min’ the way how she talked to me was rude she could’ve I’m happy to help you for any drinks but we close earlier today or so lol i mean i came to have a coffee. I will never come back

The two people working there were very slow and they seem to not have a deep knowledge of the beverages. I could also notice the long line backing up in the drive thru. Took way too long and a lot of patience to get my drink.
