Cava is like Chipotle, but Mediterranean/Middle Eastern style. They have plenty of pre-built bowls you can order if you don't know much about the cuisine. The atmosphere is fine, it's a typical fast-casual type place. It's a bit on the expensive side, but everything is fresh and high quality, so still a good value.
