Cava is like Chipotle, but Mediterranean/Middle Eastern style. They have plenty of pre-built bowls you can order if you don't know much about the cuisine. The atmosphere is fine, it's a typical fast-casual type place. It's a bit on the expensive side, but everything is fresh and high quality, so still a good value.

Cava has always been a favorite however this location could improve service for eg, did not add dressings that we requested and better preparation of their veggies (see photo of whole onion including root part)

We had a great experience at CAVA! The spicy lamb meatballs were packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and had just the right amount of heat. My wife had the garlic chicken with rice, and it was just as delicious—tender, well-cooked, and full of Mediterranean spices. The quality of the food remains excellent, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.

However, we did notice that the portion sizes have gotten smaller compared to last time we visited ....
