We had a great experience at CAVA! The spicy lamb meatballs were packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and had just the right amount of heat. My wife had the garlic chicken with rice, and it was just as delicious—tender, well-cooked, and full of Mediterranean spices. The quality of the food remains excellent, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.

However, we did notice that the portion sizes have gotten smaller compared to last time we visited ....

Easy to customize for vegans and vegetarians! I personally love the Spicy L̶a̶m̶b̶
+ Avocado bowl but always sub Falafel for the Lamb, add extra black lentils for protein, and lots of SKHUG for max flavor.

Not worth $20. Decent food with decent portion size. Chipotle gave me much more food for lesser price, apart from the serving size issue. Cava - what happened to you? Is this the only location that serve less food and slap more money?? No cap.
