Charleys Cheesesteaks

I got the large order of ultimate fries and it was loaded with cheese, not just the little bit thats usually on fries. My order had mushrooms on it, I wanted peppers, and they remade the sandwich for me as I requested. This is why I keep coming back to Charley's. Thank you! :-)

If you don’t have money or budgeting dont eat here cost 17 for a sandwich and a large drink I even tipped 2 dollars I don’t recommend

I just paid $18 for a regular combo, it was dry and received just a few fries. Waaay over priced and the food is subpar.

"Regular" size is supposed to be 9 inches

The food was good and came quickly. My only complaint is I ordered gourmet fries and she gave me ultimate fries, which my wife had ordered. So we had two ultimate fries. Other than that, I enjoyed it. Good mall Charley’s.

Had 2 orders and 2 fries order and didn’t give me 1 order of fries with topping that costed extra. Also put tomatoes in sandwich after ordering no tomatoes.

I’m allergic to whole onion and asked for NO onion! Mine was covered in onions and no one else’s, everyone asked for no onions. Annoyed at my family because they forgot about our shake. Manager was snippy too!
Ordered to go so didn’t know about the onions until I bit down.

Beware ordering here. They will add a 20% tip without your authorization. Not the first time it’s happened. The food is okay, nothing fancy but when you order you will be told one price and then charged another. My order was suppose to be $14.26 however my card was charged $17.11. It’s only like $3 but it’s the principle of it. Its immoral and theft.
