Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Great service however, food was awful ! Meatloaf looked and tasted like spam. Chicken fried steak was big but it was basically just a bunch of crust. Very little meat. Texas toast was not fresh. We have experienced this quality of food from cheddars before but thought we would give them another try. Not again! Many other restaurants serve fresh and quality food.

This cheddars was out of this world. The cheddars where I live is basically uneatable. This one was near the hotel so we stopped to eat.

Yummy and courteous

Love this place! Almost returned 2 nights later. Had the cornmeal white fish with cheddar broccoli and red beans & rice, fantastic. Wife had the burger and fries and was also living her meal!

Good food at a reasonable price. I would rate them a step or tow above Applebee's and Chili's. Our server Ronald was great. Used their online wait list to avoid waiting when we arrived. We were seated in the bar area. Food came out quick and hot. Only complaint was that there were several tables in the area that had dirty plates on them and were not cleaned the entire time we were at the restaurant.

Food was horrible, but waiter and waitresses was awesome.

Ate the Monte Cristo and Country fried steak with Hot Fudge Cake Sunday for desert. Food was great as always and the desert was surprisingly huge for two people. Only negative was we never got our buttered croissants.

We stopped coming to Cheddars over 5 years ago. The food had gone downhill, the management at that time didn't care and the front desk was completely rude. We decided to give Cheddars another chance so on Friday, day after Thanksgiving, we went in for lunch. Not only was the front desk extremely polite and personable but so was our waiter and all the staff we encountered. The food came out hot and fresh and well prepared. We loved going there and will again.
