Last 2 times me and my wife went through the drive through the messed up our sauces. We asked for 2 garden herb ranch for her salad and they gave us 1 of the avocado lime ranch.

Small hole in the bottom of my large coke I get out of my car and look in my cupholder and sure enough completely overflowing with coke thanks guys so cool ig with is what you get when it’s just children working!

I got a Cobb salad to go and specifically looking forward to the avocado lime dressing. Got home and found no dressing was in my bag. Check your to go bag! Store might look into a bit more QA.

This location seems to have made it company policy to lie about when orders are ready. This is a routine problem I’ve never experienced anywhere else like here. Not short waits either.

Food is good but forget the app!
I tried to redeem points. The app kept changing my order to another location.
Finally got it set to Quivira location, then Menu was not available.
Had to go to the store to figure out the problem.
They said the app only works during breakfast hours. Menu is not available during the day!!??🤯 **FAIL**
Which one of us is crazy??
App took my points away.
Disappeared.
DON'T USE THE APP AT THIS LOCATION is all I can recommend.
I went ahead and ordered some food but of course didn't get points for that $30 purchase either.
So lose/lose scenario.
On my way out, stopped at the condiment center for ketchup and BBQ sauce. It was only stocked with mayonnaise. Cashier's were stacked up so I journeyed back to the other side of the restaurant to the pick up area to request some ketchup and sauce.
This location needs a do-over.

This was my second time eating at this chain and the customer service I received this morning at this location was above and beyond. She was very kind and very polite. The food was fresh and I enjoyed the pleasant customer service

Normally Chick-fil-A is my go to for healthy food that is fast. Today I got the Market Salad at the drive-thru. I was so disappointed when I got back to my office and opened up the bag with my salad. The salad was clearly old. The lettuce was rusty, strawberries were mushy, and the chicken tasted awful. I ended up throwing my salad in the trash. Please don’t try to hold over premade salads too long. They do get gross after a bit and your customers will be disappointed when they get them. It will be awhile before I give this location a try again. Sadly I would go there at least twice a week to get lunch due to its location but I will have to venture to somewhere else.
