I ordered at this store and my GPS sent me to a different location. Their website confirmed that I was at their store and told me to wait while they finished preparing my order. I went inside to check on the status of it and I was told that they had no record of my order. I showed the manager my receipt and she stated that I was at the incorrect store but she would call the other store and have them cancel it. When she called this store to get it canceled they were very rude to her and told her that they wouldn’t do it. Its my birthday today and the manager said she would take care of me and not charge me again. What poor customer service this location has!!!

Typically, this location is on top of it. But when I got home, I didn't have straws for my 2 drinks and only received 1 BBQ for an order of 12 and 8 nuggets. Not nearly enough sauce.

I don't usually eat out but $16 for 2 chicken fillets and a shake, that is ridiculous.I will never go to chick fil a again.
