I ran into an issue with loading a gift card with my mobile through order and Emanuel went above and beyond to resolve it and was exceptionally personable. He is a fantastic manager and it shows through the way his team helped me before it got to him.

I have NEVER given a bad review for Chic fil a! I often joke that I know every location because in love the food, but today I’ve had it with the Nall location! At least on three different occasions I’ve ordered a market salad and did not receive the toppings, I’ve had to go back to get what I paid for! The fries looked as if they were cooked twice, and this will be my last visit! I’ll go to State Line or Ward Parkway!

Use caution if you’re eating at this chick fil a. I am gluten free & I got the grilled nuggets. After I ate them I noticed a Mac & cheese noodle in the bottom of the cup. 😐 I’m sure I’m gonna feel like crud soon since I avoid dairy, too.

HOWEVER - with our Kale Crunch Salads we were given granola, and not almonds. Silly mistake with massive consequences for such a fine side item, lol. This was disappointing and seems addressable so I wanted to let your team know! Keep doing Chicken with Excellence!
