Always love Chick-fil-A. However, tried mobile order drive thru. Drive thru line was quite busy as usual. Mobile line was great scan the code and pulled up to be 5th in line bypassing at least 10 drive thru cars. However, I'm pretty sure more than that got their food, and even people behind me in mobile line got food first. No special order just couple sandwich meals. So not nearly as fast as would first seem when pulling up.
This is the worst chik fil a in the area. Been going to Chik Fil A since they came to KC and been to every store in the KC Metro throughout the years. Their service sucks, they are rude, there is some QC issue with their frying temperature/time, and just arent very inviting. We only go to this one if we have to since theyre close. Chik Fil A is great, but this one needs work and better management. There is one just a few miles up the road, go there.

Did use carry out option… Cold wrap sandwich which I ordered was too small.. idk if they did recently changed sizes for the cold wrap. And on top of that there was not much of salad and chicken in it.. it’s just bread tortilla wrapped with nothing. Did choose kids meal and they forgot to put surprise for it.

The manager Emma is very polite and understanding! Along with all the staff. Highly suggest you order beforehand scan your order and you'll be taken care of super fast
Any time we order through doordash to be delivered to our work, they are forgetting things in our order. When the bag is already sealed for door dash but it's missing fries or a sandwich or a drink, you can't really blame the door dash driver at that point. Good food, but this keeps happening time and time again. Only way you can guarantee they don't forget something is if you're there in person to check the order in the restaurant.

so honestly, I love Chick-fil-A with all my heart, but the Nall location will not stop leaving my sauce out of my order. Today I asked for an extra salsa when I pulled up and I was happy I did because they didn’t even put a salsa in my bag to begin with. my burrito tortilla was so dry and flaky, which has never happened before and I hope never happens again.
