We ate in a igloo. They need to find away to keep the food hot, coming from the kitchen to the igloo. My sweet potato fries were cooked right but cold. The other food was just mid nothing special but the service was AWESOME and the atmosphere was nice.
Took my family here for my husband's Christmas party for work and everyone had the best time! There's so much to do and my kids loved the ice skating rink! The servers who took care of our big group (Rhett and Mitch) were so kind and so attentive, we were so impressed! We will definitely be back.
I want to preface this review to say that i work in the service industry. Came here for the Holiday Hideaway and super disappointed in the setup of everything. The server was slow and nonattentive. After our reservation ended we were told that we needed to leave immediately but could go downstairs. Tables were open and available to book online. We couldn't put in our last call until 10 min after because the server wasn't around...
