I hate giving a 1 star rating to a restaurant that was our Chinese go to for many years. I agree with so many comments about the new management. We ordered Chicken with broccoli, Kung Pao chicken, hot and sour and wonton soup and crab rangoon. Every dish was so oily that it left a film on my tongue and the crab Rangoon used to be real crab now its the fake stuff. This makes me so sad. Please, please, please get with the old owners and learn how to do thus right!

CHARGED EXTRA after saying they’ll give a discount for paying cash. 5% off if you pay cash but I was charged about 10% more. Might have been due to their change shortage. Man on phone was extremely friendly, woman in person was rude. Handed me short cash while shamelessly looking away. Crab Rangoon is delectable, crispy thick wrapping with creamy filling.

Hate ordering delivery as they always forget something. Sure enough. What I did get was ok. Forgot part of my order though. When you pay what you do, you should get your whole order.

It was good. I wouldn't say excellent but good. I would go back but wouldn't make it my primary spot.

Awful ? it was really good until they made changes. I thought it was a new owner. The chicken now is so tough and they take frozen food from the freezer and just warm it up and it doesn't taste right. It's changed since they did some changes. And one of the ladies was so rude and hangs up on you when you have an issue very unprofessional. Not worth going to anymore. SAVE your money and go elsewhere. The food quality is ick.

I was Ignored at the front counter by two people for a good 5 mins .. and the food was awful. It didn’t taste fresh at all. This was my first time eating here, judging by the reviews this place changed management and the food changed along with it. It was my own fault for judging this place by the stars . Won’t be eating here again. $50+ in the trash where all the food went as well. Very unfortunate.

Don't let the pictures fool of the restaurant itself first. Those are pictures of how nice it was before the new "management" came in and ruined it with large freezers of frozen food and a buffet set up like you'd find in an Indian restaurant on Sunday. I've never seen it in use though. I can't imagine they have the room for it. I've gone there twice since it changed hands and both times it was awful. The first time I got the beef fried rice and it was bland, it tasted like it had been cooked with left over rice. The 2nd time I ordered egg rolls that were tough and dried out. They tasted like they had decided to use cheap ingredients in the food. I used really like the Kung Poa Chicken before but I'm afraid to even order now. The customer service is also awful now. The old management was better esp when they knew your name when walked in the door. I won't waste my time or money at this place anymore. It might further away but I'll go to Asian Pearl in Olathe from now on.

Food was bland and cold. Only one packet of Soy Sauce that might have helped slightly. I spent over $30 for something that went down the disposal. Never again!

This place is gross! Big freezers full of frozen seafood take up all of the space on one side of what’s left of the dining room and unused buffet set up on the other side. Sad! used to be so good here. My chicken lettuce wraps were almost ALL onion. What small amount of chicken I picked out was so small you couldn’t taste it. No nuts or water chestnuts. Seriously just a ton of chopped white and green onions.

This used to be our biweekly “go-to” Chinese place for the last decade since we moved to south OP, but since they changed ownership or management, it is disgusting. I just ordered a $15 meal and it was obviously reheated noodles and general’s chicken, not fresh whatsoever. I would’ve been better off buying it next-door at Hy-Vee. I think maybe they do a Buffet now? The entire place is full of, some kind of buffet area and equipment - so maybe my $15 dinner was reheated leftovers from lunch today? I noticed today that they’re using old Starbucks glass cold coffee bottles, that have been (hopefully) washed out, now filled in with condiments for the Chinese food. ? I miss the old owners, who were so nice, and the place was so clean and food was good. Today was the final straw, we tried giving them a break for changes, but now We won’t be back again.

Zero authenticity. Food was very tasteless. Crab Rangoons were tough. I was trying to find a nice spot with good Chinese food and they are it.
