I’ve been to a bunch chipotles and this is the worst. The bowl was 1/2 sour cream, 1/4 corn salsa and then some drops of chicken and not enough rice to even cover the bottom of the bowl. Don’t come here any other chipotle is better . Unless of course if you want a sour cream smoothie .

I came here at 1:30pm on a Thursday and waited in line for 5 minutes while they were completing “online orders” once they were done with that I asked for White Rice and they had “none left for the rest of the day” this is after I just saw them finish the white rice up on 5 different meals. It’s always a hit or miss when coming to the mall for food, but you might as well drive the extra 8min to the next chipotle location then come here.

I automatically get DoorDash to pick up from this location. I’ve tried changing it. I get you all are constantly busy. But I had an order issue & NOT ONE manager got back to me. Just Shows management at the oak park mall location doesn’t care AT ALL! I constantly have my orders messed up or not receiving the extra meat I PAY for. Do better. I’ve worked in that type of industry… when you all get sooo many complaints on how badly you all are doing… corporate needs to fix that along with management. Ridiculous how many times you all mess up simple stuff!

Inedible. No bigger chipotle fam than me. It’s a home run every time. My 1st time at mall location though. Maybe owned and ran with a completely different recipe? Unrecognizable flavor. The teenage boys running the counter were too nice for me to ask for my $10 back. Boo Oak Park mall chipotle. ??
My food was decent kind of cold. I ordered queso and didn’t get it. I went to grab it and the guy at the register got mad and took another order before getting it. I then went back to order chips since I wasn’t aware that they didn’t come with it and offered to pay for it but he got mad again and said that I have to pay. I simply stated yes that’s not a problem I just need some chips. I paid for it and again he took two more orders before getting them and when he went to hand them to me he threw them down on the counter and said bye. Simply just terrible customer service.

No interaction with the employee whatsoever. I smiled and asked him how he was, he said "what do you want?" I told him and then he said nothing else to me other than pointed at the sides to ask if I was wanted any. Then proceeded to telling the next customer that I was his last customer because they were closing. It was just impersonal and left a bad taste in my mouth.
