Chipotle Mexican Grill

Best location. I've never had an issue with them and I've been to so many in the Metro area. Everyone is on top of it. I will say it's definitely worth having to drive around all that construction.

I am writing about a frustrating problem I’ve had on multiple visits to this store. Every time I go, I seem to get much less food than other customers.

The clearest example was today. I was there with my two children. When we were served meat, each of us got less than 10 small pieces. At the same time, other people around us were given much larger portions for the same price. This has happened to me a few times now.

It’s disappointing to pay the same amount for significantly less. The repeated nature of this makes me wonder if I am being treated differently because of my race. No one should have to feel this way when they are shopping.

I hope the management will look into this and make sure all customers are treated fairly and given equal portions. Until then, I will be shopping elsewhere.

If I could gave the store zero star, I would!

I frequent this Chipotle at least once a week for lunch. My usual order is placed online and the order is (1) always ready at the promised time and (2) I am never disappointed at the quantity of filling in my tacos. Keep up the good work.

Terrible service. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle. Staff was very rude. They were out of literally everything and it was very busy. Then I could hear the worker Nadia say a rude comment in Spanish after we payed

The chicken had a lot of fat and was not as enjoyable as other locations

I don't know if it's just this location, but the food is really bland. Not only are the proportions limited, but there's no flavor. I get the red hot sauce, and not once has it made me sweat.

I live in Missouri, but work in Kansas. All the Chipotle's in Missouri actually have flavor and spice. They give you the real proportions of meat, not just half a scoop like this place. Not only that, but it's more expensive here than back home! For me, at least, there's no reason for me to come back when there's something better back home.

this is without a doubt the BEST chipotle in like all of eastern Kansas. the prices are lower than every other chipotle AND it tastes better. a guy with the most beautiful mustache hooked me UPPPP with the bowl of my dreams

Friendly, fresh food, clean and the music was not too light! The only feedback possibly could be that they should put a fork in the bag for to go bowl orders. Otherwise I would definitely go back to this Chipotle and recommend it to family and friends!

I had free items with my order and they refused to give it to me. Then the manager refused to talk to me and they had the cashier tell me they couldn’t help me. Then I try and call to talk with someone and it directs you to the website instead. Awful service.

9pm, they close at 10:30pm. 3 guys and a girl in the front, completely empty lobby except for me walking in. I get almost a stink eye from multiple of the employees on my way in. The girl is the only one to move to start helping me. The other 3 are standing around talking in the kitchen with a clearly dirty food prep area next to them. One guy even has his butt leaning on the counter back in the kitchen. Also sharing open food sitting on the food prep counter.

The two gentlemen were incredibly courteous and generous. Reminiscent of when chipotle considered their abundance against their greed. Beautiful work.
