Food was fresh, on time when i scheduled, and made exactly as asked.Vegetarian options: While there are meats, they are optional and there is also tofu alternative.Dietary restrictions: It is made how you want, so everything is optional.Wheelchair accessibility: Not extremely wheelchair friendly. But there is enough room to go through line and move around.

Ordered thru DoorDash but they didn’t have white rice, chips, or steak I tried to call this store but of course it was a robot that answered and no matter what you say you can not talk to a person from the store. This is the second time me and my girlfriend have had a problem here. she went in a few weeks back and literally had a lady at the front licking food off of her gloves after preparing food. This place has gone down hill and I encourage anyone to avoid at least this restaurant if not all chipotle!! UPDATE:The food just got here and the gave me corn when I asked for no substitutes for the chips and they had white rice but not brown and didn’t trade them out and had stake but put some spicy salsa I did t order on it and our food was ice cold.

i ordered a quesadilla here, and struggled getting it for a couple reasons. i wanted the full order, so i had to do it on the app which was giving me trouble. i had to ask the lady at the front multiple times for help and she just kept telling me that the app works and then a sweet girl came over to help so i could pay. i waited twice as long as the people coming in and ordering their food at the counter, but i was told to sit in the dining room and wait for my order because they’d bring it to me. well i was on my phone for a while, noticed a full togo shelf, and went to go check just in case mine was up and they missed it. i was told to go sit back down because she said she’d bring it to me. i saw the togo girl come up front with an order with gloves on her hands, and as she walked back to the kitchen, i saw her lick food off of her gloves. not even 3 minutes later, my order comes up and i have no way of knowing if she changed her gloves. i was so disgusted and after a long day of work and 30 minutes waiting, i couldn’t even eat it or ask for it to be remade because of how long i have been waiting already and how rudely i was treated up front. and, how am i supposed to know that this was done within health code because the togos are bagged and cooked in the back, away from customers? i have way more trust in seeing the orders up front be made. so disgusting.

Can’t speak with an actual person. I ordered delivery because I’m sick, and not only did they deliver the wrong order - half of the items were missing - you can’t just have them deliver the correct items. You have to order them all over again (and pay for them) and hope for the best. Worst experience ever.

This has happened to me twice in the last week where I’ve ordered pick up or delivery through the app and the food has either been the entirely wrong order or missing items that I paid for. I tried going through the app and calling the restaurant to get ahold of someone to help fix the issues and I couldn’t get ahold of one real person to talk to. Super frustrating to have a list sitting right in front of you and still miss items. Chipotle’s food has always been okay but definitely not worth the hassle and frustration of not getting the correct food. Later on discovered a hair in my food and that link just takes you to “pepper” the automated chat personality that provides 0 help.

Worst Chipotle location to pick in Overland park area, went to the store at 9:45 PM (45mins before closing) they said dine in is closed and I can't come inside the store to order. They said me to do mobile order instead, when I tried online it says they are not accepting mobile orders. When I went back to them to tell that it's not allowing me to order online, they told sorry there is nothing we can do about it.??‍♂️Id give it a 0 if there is an option.

The food was horrible. I paid $31.75, and the chips were dripping grease. The barbacoa was so dry, and the service OMG, the 2 managers, had a face like they didn't want to be there. I will never come back to this chipotle.

I pulled up at 10:20. Doors were locked. I had a very simple order. Don’t advertise 10:30pm close if it actually 10:20pm close! I had to come edit this because I then spoke with the closing manager. I asked why the sign said close at 10:30 and he said because they haven’t got the new signage. Said they close at 10pm now and called me boss before he actually hung up on me. He was rude as hell. Damn.

The manager was disrespectful to the elderly customer in front of me, the new trainee, and myself.The elderly man told her he could not understand her. Manager was visibly impatient and yelled toppings at him. The cashier stepped up and helped the man order by explaining the toppings.Manager seemed stressed. She was yelling and was clearly high strung.After her rude interactions with the customer in front of me, the new hire, and myself, I looked around. Other customers and employees were visibly uncomfortable. So I asked her to be kind. She implied that she would refuse service after that.Manager messed up and put hot on 2nd of 4 orders. I paid for it and ate it anyways.I received great service from the cashier and the new hire. The cashier was friendly and kind and deescalated the situation with the elderly customer and myself.I would strongly discourage customers from ordering from this establishment, under this management. I would also hope that the employees find gainful employment elsewhere. They deserve to be treated kindly.I rarely go to this establishment but frequent the one in 151st street. Will never go here again.
