So we ordered our food, girl at the front was kind of rude and acted as if she didn’t want to be there. When I asked to put my number for point just raised an eyebrow and said to wait.
When we were waiting for the food our buzzer never rang. I had my husband go ask about our food and said it wasn’t ready yet. Not even 10 minutes later the girl from the front came to our table and said “they’ve been ringing it, you didn’t hear it? We’ve been looking for you.” She said this with an attitude towards us. I’m not sure but it was excuse after excuse. I’ve come here before and never had an issues before.

Took two of my grandkids there on a Groupon.. Service here was underwhelming. Two girls at the front counter checking you in acted like it was a hassle.. The kids did have fun playing the games. The pizza was fine nothing special. Both kids said it the prizes offered were the worst they've ever seen at any gaming place. I'm glad we did it because it had been at least 25 years since we had been. Safe to say though probably our last.

staff is too busy socializing to assist with anything. no one stayed at the door and we walked right out with our 2 kids without being checked.... what the purpose of a hand stamp if they literally don't check?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Ok place. Prices are pretty high. The kids dont get many tickets from the games. For how much you spend to play, the prizes are dollar tree quality. 130 tickets got my kid a small chuck e puzzle and a small probably $.01 plastic spider.... We didnt try the food so cant comment on that. But the employees acted like they didnt want to be there. On their phones as they were helping customers. One was sitting on the floor behind the counter. One cook was chatting with one of the counter people most of the time while I was in line.

I bring my boys here a lot because we have a pass and every single time I have to let myself in as well as continue to wait for 10 minutes before anyone comes out. I’ve even had to go find someone in the kitchen a few times because I waited so long.
