So I went for a birthday party. Time set was 5:30. Didn't get sat until 6 didn't get game cards for another 25 30 minutes. So like an hour into when party "started". I get working at a kid's party place would ruin even the kindest person on earth. But it sure would be cool if they looked like they even wanted to live. Everyone looked soooooo freaking beat. Maybe they needed to take a lunch break.
Aside from all that. I didn't see one person cleaning Anything. Kids EVERYWHERE. NOTHING bring wiped down. It's a small thing but sure does help everyone. Adults play too. We can't afford to lose work or school.
Pizza was ass. Dry, super boring pizza. Just get a Jack's pizza and put it on the bottom rack. It's the same thing. Salad is a salad. If you get a shit one it's on you.

Great venue for younger children's party. The staff was present but lacked the upbeat attitude I would think this type of establishment strives for. The food was par for the event. The big plus was that there was plenty of games and entertainment for children of all ages.

I haven't stepped in to a Chuck E Cheese since they had animatronics, was very disappointed to see they were completely gone. Staff seemed overwhelmed, only saw 2 people working the main area at any time, give them some more help, there's no way they'd be able to handle an emergency. Also I stared at bags of trash for an hour and a half, once again, because they're short staffed.
Didn't try the food. The sodas mixture seemed a little off.
The place didn't feel dirty but it did feel dingy. Like 3 machines were down as well.

Wings. The menu says serves 2-3. I got 6 wings for $20. When I asked the manager his response was, "The cashier should have told you it was 6-8 wings for $20". If you had told me I wouldn't have ordered it. They did nothing to make it better, just offered excuses and let me know that too bad for me. Original cashier had to be dragged away from her phone to take my order. Not going back.

Evelyn seems to be the only one working at this location. She's great! And is always out and about doing everything possible to help out and make sure everything is clean. There are tons of girls in the back just sitting around and only come out when absolutely necessary! They don't help out Evelyn. When the rest of the staff DOES come out they are so rude and are constantly on their phones or act like they don't see you. Give Evelyn a raise a fire everyone else!!

Took my kids here for a family fun day, let me start off by saying when you walk in don’t plan on being greeted at the door. None of the employees will say anything to you. They will all be on their phones. When you ask for things you will get the run around. Even the manager is rude. 0/10 recommend. All of the employees other than the bus lady had bad attitudes.
We waited almost an hour for a pizza. We also purchased the salad bar and the lettuce was empty I had to ask 3 different employees to get the lettuce restocked. Went to make a salad to find mold on the vegetables.
This is very sad as I used to come here as a child all the time, they need to get better employees! This is a place families should be able to go and have fun.

Worst service we got and we’ve been to 4 different locations in the metro.
This Chuck-E-Cheese is as expensive as the others and it is very small. Also, they do not tell you until after you have bought your tickets that the trampoline is $11 per person extra. That is crazy! It should definitely be included in the price, especially because the place is so small.
