Only giving a four because it's not the same chuck e cheese when I was a kid. No but really though, I was a little upset that it didn't have a Play place anymore like The crawling tubes. I remember when this location, had the tubes I even remember there being like a ferris wheel ride thing on the wall... If that tells you how old I am lol. Overall this location is great for birthday parties and I was impressed with the staff! The staff are top tier honestly!

Pizza was good, but the payed for birthday party was not great, no one seemed to know what was going on, employee they had running the register was so shy she can barely speak to you and the stretch picture booth was broken informed counter they said they knew but didn't put a out of order sign on so people would quit wasting their credits and time

The salad bar has went down with choices and the prices have gone up. Not a good look. Games are still good for the kids and some for the adults. Need more specials.

Katie the manager here was outstanding! She went out of her way to make our son happy and even said good night on our way out. She gives the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back over and over again. Thank you for making our night special!

Had a birthday party for my granddaughter. The kids had fun with the games I would not go back due to very dirty, sticky floors, dirty bathrooms. And the staff was too busy fighting with each other instead of having fun around the kids. Chuckie was very boring. just stood there had no fun with the kids. Chucky should’ve been more excited and more into the little children really should find somebody else to wear the costume. Thank you.

Bought a gold pass for summer. Was told it was good til the end of August as in August 31st. That was a lie. Will never be back and Ill make sure all the families that we brought wont be back. Manager talked down to us and fat shamed my daughter. Avoid this store like the plague
