Only giving a four because it's not the same chuck e cheese when I was a kid. No but really though, I was a little upset that it didn't have a Play place anymore like The crawling tubes. I remember when this location, had the tubes I even remember there being like a ferris wheel ride thing on the wall... If that tells you how old I am lol. Overall this location is great for birthday parties and I was impressed with the staff! The staff are top tier honestly!

Katie the manager here was outstanding! She went out of her way to make our son happy and even said good night on our way out. She gives the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back over and over again. Thank you for making our night special!

Went here today for my sons 4th birthday party and had a big group. One complaint is it appeared to be very short staffed. Its Saturday, give them a couple more people Chuck E. When we arrived we had Ken as our host for the first half of the party and then Cheyanne for the 2nd part. They were both bombarded with parties and parents with questions. They did a Fantastic job answering questions and being very patient. They definitely should of had more help though. The employees...
