Best fajitas in town. Great portion sizes. Happy hour is awesome with a chip and dip bar. Wait staff is always friendly, sometimes they are extremely busy and takes a bit longer but food is always hot and delicious!

I came here for the first time this past weekend and was not impressed. I had the chicken enchiladas which was very expensive for the size of entrée that I received. In my opinion, chips and salsa makes or breaks a Mexican eatery for me and I was not impressed. Their mild salsa tasted like tomato sauce and their medium salsa was nothing impressive. Did not have a bad experience and did not have bad food just nothing special.

I have never had Mexican food from Chuy's before and now I never will after the TERRIBLE customer service I just received. I work for Postmates - a company that independently contracts drivers out to deliver food from around the city. How it works is that someone orders through the app and we/I go get it and take it to the customer. If Postmates does not directly partner with a particular business, the customer indicates what they want through the app and the driver orders and pays for it using a card registered to Postmates and the payment is worked out on their end. Apparently, someone at Chuy's had an incident of some kind with another delivery person and decided to take it out on me and the new customer ordering, because she refused to service me. Her exact words were "I'm sorry but, we will no longer take orders from your company because we had an issue with a driver the other day." After arguing with her for a moment she finally put the order in but told me to let the customers know that they will no longer take orders through us. So here I am letting you all know that THEY DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU CHOOSE TO GET IT DELIVERED from Postmates. Sounds bad when I say it out loud right?! Yet, that is what the manager at the Chuy's in Overland Park KS said to me. At the end of the day, it wouldn't have really hurt me all that much if I lost out on that delivery. However, how would that have looked to the customer if I had to call them and say "they are refusing you service because of what someone else did on another order." Again, really bad right?! Anyway, I just thought you all should know this because I generally like to patronize places with better customer service skills than this place. ...

It’s Chuy’s, so it fast food. It’s good fast food, though. Inside the building is pretty standard fast food restaurant quality. Get food quickly and eat it. Pretty tasty too. Generally friendly staff. If you are looking for a quick meal, you will probably be hard-pressed to find a better place. It obvious doesn’t compare to a full sit-down restaurant experience, but it’s great for a quick bite.

A friend introduced us to chuys in Texas. We loved it. So glad we have one close to us now. By far the best place for a chalupa. The staff is always friendly and they take really good care of the customer.

I was crushed when the Cheuy's in Olathe closed. They were awesome! I found this one close to my job. I tried them for the first time Friday night. The place was packed! People were waiting to get a table. I ordered carryout on line and waited in the carryout area. The food there smelled fantastic! I ordered my favorite chilli Rellenos with shrimp and was not disappointed. I recommend this restaurant!

Had I known how tasty their food, and how warm the service was, I probably would've started coming down to Chuy's right from the start. They're near where I work, reasonably priced for the portion size, and everything was delicious. I got the fried fish tacos, and I've never really gotten cabbage on my fish tacos before, but they definitely added just the right amount of freshness. Their chips and salsa are really awesome, too. I definitely will be back.

Don't enter with high expectations. This is you average restaurant you get what you see. Free nacho bar on Taco Tuesday, caught my attention and drew me to try this chain restaurant. Though an initial catch, Chuy's does not lose money on the deal. With overpriced "happy hour marg's" and entrees they quickly make their money back. There isn't much special behind this restaurant. My expectations for Taco Tuesday were not met. However, they have awesome shirts for sale for only $6. So take that as you will.

Had Kate, it was a lovely experience. If I were to come back again I would hope her presence was there. Very friendly and sweet

I had the chicken fajita. It was very good. Their chips were thin, the sauce was not your standard tomato sauce but ground up fresh ingredients, very good. I would go back.

I have now been to Chuy's three or four times and I've held off on writing a review until I believed I had a good sample size to base my review on and now I have it. I first visited Chuy's earlier in the year during the Hatch Chile festival. As a native New Mexican born, raised, and having lived in New Mexico for 36+ years, green chile is near and dear to me so when I saw a "Tex-Mex" restaurant in Kansas say they have Hatch green chile, I was cautiously optimistic because so many other "Mexican" restaurants make the same claim but their "green chile" is actually jalapenos, Anaheim peppers, or some other type of pepper that is not actual green chile. I can not officially say that Chuy's has real legit Hatch green chile and it has been the closest thing I've found to the flavors back in New Mexico (minus everything being smothered in cheese and red and green chile). I was pleasantly surprised with the awesome heat and flavors of the dishes I have had at Chuy's and will continue to get my green chile fixes there. For a "Tex-Mex" restaurant, I have to say it is the best non-New Mexican food(yet close to it), I've had since I moved here four years ago and do recommend asking for everything covered in their Hatch green chile.

I reserved their party room for a work training meeting and they were beyond amazing! They were so supportive, interactive, and the food was great! My team and I really appreciated the entire experience!

I called to inquire about seating a large party (15) and was told by a manager they don't accept large party's on Friday and Saturday night. We went there anyway because the guest of honor (birthday boy) really wanted to go there and we were turned away. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

Good food. Better than many Mexican joints around town! I had the Elvis enchaldas and was very happy. They also have a nacho bar (but we got there right as the nacho bar was closing so we didn't get to try it). The adult drink menu is fairly limited.
