We stopped in for the first time yesterday. We bought the St. Patrick's Day box. The cookies were delicious! The staff was fantastic! The place was clean! I like it so much, I called from home to tell them how happy I was with my order. The next time I'm in Overland Park, I'm stopping in again. Have a great day!

I like this place. It has a great variety of cookies at the counter that are always fresh and already packaged to go. Always fast and courtesy service.Parking: 2 Designated Front store parking spots but lots of FREE parking available since it’s in a corner “outdoor shopping” mall. The parking spaces are nice and wide for any type vehicle.
Placed a large order (over $600) for a scheduled pick a week in advance. Order was 2 1/2 hours late being ready. Cookies were way over-baked. Packaging was also lacking, there was not even the name of the business on the cookies. Reached out politely to allow them to address the issues and they flat out never responded. These were meant to be gifts distributed for the holidays. We wanted to support local business for the holidays and the entire experience was very disappointing, especially for the amount of money we spent. There is a complete lack of concern by the business for their service and product.

I visited around 2pm and they literally had 6 cookies left for sale. There is nothing special about this place. If you want the best cookies in Kansas City, visit Upper Crust Pie Bakery in downtown Overland Park. The best Oatmeal Raisin Cookie on the planet. Outstanding Peanut Butter cookies also. Hands Down the best cookies in KC.

I tried Connie’s Cookies for the first time today. I got an assortment of cookie flavors. So far, I have only tried the frosted gingerbread but it’s amazing! It’s so soft but doesn’t fall apart in your hands. I saw some people had complained about prices in other reviews. I think they’re just forgetting that you are getting a massive cookie for that price the size of my hand. In the age of excess with Crumbl cookies, people don’t realize that massive cookies aren’t the norm. Will definitely come back in the future!

That's not even starting on the prices. If you think Crumbl is overpriced and over-rated then you're in for a shock here, 6 bucks for 2 mediocre cookies is sad, I know, I know, inflation, cost of labor, running a business, blah blah blah.I could get cardboard for free out of a dumpster.

I don't know how many times I have been to this place to buy frosted sugar in the last six months and they never have any. A 35 minute drive for me so I don't believe I will be back. Your open to 5 pm, why if your not going to have cookies?

Great customer service and there were lots of "treats" on the counter to choose from. I was also able to add to my Christmas order while there and I really appreciated that.
