These were ordered to be delivered to my dear DIL for her birthday. She was extremely impressed with the delivery of the cookies. The driver texted first and then put the cookies in a shaded safe place for her so they would be waiting for her when she got home. She also said the cookies were delicious! We'll definitely be ordering again.

I ordered cookies for my 60th wedding anniversary and asked if they could put our wedding photo on them. They did and they were wonderful. Each guest received them and thought they were amazing. As they were so beautiful they hated to eat them. I told them to please eat and enjoy them as they were delicious.

They called 2 days later to ask if I would like an extra something or gift certificate for the situation. Really appreciated that they called!

Of this is how you drum up business I would totally up your game. Very disappointing. Went to Crumbl after that experience just to satisfy our cookie craving
