I'm vegetarian and this is 1 of my go-to's- the meat is kept separate from the fresh veggies- cilantro rice and beans- I always get a salad, and totally love their mango salsa. The service is awesome! And there's always a clean place to sit for dine-in.Vegetarian options: You choose each and every item you'd like- either in a burrito, a bowl, a salad, etc. there are MANY options! If you're a vegetarian it's easy to not select any meat; there is a plethora of fresh veggie items to choose from, and dairy toppings as well. They have some traditionally named desserts like flan and tres leches- and the strawberry limonada is my favorite drink

Come here very often and the food never disappoints. The workers and manager always put customers first and make sure everyone enjoys their time. Its become one of our family’s most visited and favorite restaurants!Kid-friendliness: Perfect atmosphere for kids, especially with their Hot Cinnamon Tortilla phone machine.
Loved Cafe Rio and was hoping it was a good substitution in KS. Definitely still prefer cafe Rio but for what it is, Costa Vida was pretty good. Ranks higher than Chipotle IMO. Competent employees, very clean, and similar "feel" and menu to Cafe Rio.

I find myself at this Costa Vida WAY too much. Honestly I just love it. The workers are great and the food is equally as great. Jose is such a nice guy and helpful for ordering. Unfortunately, I like my order too much that I am scared to switch it up, even though I’ve been told to. I love Costa Vida and will continue to be a frequent customer.
