I went to Costco to renew my membership and buy a kosher hot dog. Rarely do I crave processed food but have wanted a good hot dog and someone reminded me of the ones from Costco. You can get a whole hot dog (enough for 2 people) and a drink for $1.50 ($1.68 including tax). The gas prices are great! Now that my membership has been renewed, I guess I will be making pit stops on my way home from work, or during the lunch hour.

The gas station is great. Customer Service is a disaster. I went in twice to get help with my card and still can't use it. I am handicapped and would like to order groceries online for my husband to pick up, but the in store items are not even listed on the web site. My husband always asks if I want anything from Costco, but I don't know what they have available.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. BRANDY!! Brandy works at Costco and came to talk to me about upgrading my membership. After she took a look at our monthly and yearly spendings the past couple of years, she actually suggested that I not upgrade because it wouldn't be beneficial for me. I cannot express how refreshing it was to actually have a sales person not push me and be honest with me. It actually made me want to upgrade just because she was just so upfront with all the information! Love this store!

My father who just had surgery asked me to go to Costco and grab some groceries for him. At the check out line the guy goes to scan Costco card and says that's not you on the card. Told him and the supervisor my dads situation, no compassion was shown whatsoever. Even offered to call my dad and they said no. Common guys. Definitely recommend a different Costco or even better Sams Club.

I bought four new tires from COSTCO for my Chevrolet Silverado. When my appointment arrived to put the tires on, they said they couldn’t put them on because the casings on my lug nuts had swollen to the point that they couldn’t get them off. An employee told me that if I had checked it before I had brought my truck in that I would have known this beforehand. They also offered an excuse that they didn’t have a socket big enough for my lug nuts, which are the same size for every Chevrolet Silverado 1500. I took my truck later to a local tire shop and they had never heard of swollen casings on truck before and no problem changing out my tires. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. They may have refunded my installment fee but the customer service all around was atrocious.

The lines are still not managed well enough for distancing. However, the staff is trying to alert people when new lines open and manage the crowd as best as they can. The location is just very high traffic.

My wife bought a rotisserie chicken on 8/31/20. Got the thing home very hot. Cut i to it and the skin falls off and reveals raw pink chicken on the surface. Tried calling to store to discuss but you can't navigate the phone system talk to an actual human.

This is the main store that I have felt safe in since the Pandemic began. They have always done great work at keeping everyone safe and keeping things clean. their service before this was always fantastic and has remained that way which says a lot. It's really stressful to serve people right now. (I know I am a Barista.) I prefer this location to the other ones in the area because I think their staff are wonderful.

My new glasses had a fail when I sat on them. Thank heavens they were in need of a small fix. The Optical attendant knew exactly what to do and in no time my glasses were like new again. Great personal service!
