I hate to say this .. but my chocolate chip cookie just wasn't great? It's a big cookie, with a big price tag, and I was just disappointed. I thought I was safe choosing the classic option but overall I wasn't wowed. I think this place is for people who want to try their weird novelty flavors. Not for someone who just wants a good cookie. The employee was nice. Though I don't appreciate feeling obligated to tip because I was handed a cookie. That's not the employee's fault though but rather Crumbl. Go to Insomnia or Great American Cookies instead.

Always fresh and fast! I like how there is always suck variety and constant lineup change. My go to cookie place.
Everything is amazing! I love the weekly cookies & the small cookies they offer on Mondays. My favorite is the chocolate chip & cornbread cookies.
