Just okay. It's expensive for what it is. My saigon chicken salad was missing the listed herbs and the chicken was meh. The texture made it seem like it was a few days old. The cookie was bad. Seriously. It might be good if you're both vegan and gluten-free and your options are severely limited, but otherwise it's just a $4.00 block of grossness. With Enjoy and McLain's close by, I doubt that I'll be ordering from Cultivare again.

I was very excited about this place until I took my first bite. Now please note that I only ordered their everything bagel salad and I have not had anything else from here..But back to the salad. Absolutely horrid.. for 12 dollars the bowl is packed with greens and hardly anything else. It taste like there’s some sort of cleaning agent in there like dish soap or sanitation water.. the tomatoes are soft, soggy, and wilted. The cucumbers taste like some mysterious chemical as well. The red onions are a little too much and almost overpower the chemical taste but not quite..my wife and I laughed at the amount of salmon they gave.. almost like they grated it from a larger filet but forgot to finish.. the dressing makes me wanna go take a covid test because it has absolutely no flavor and they only provide it in 1 small side that barely covers a small piece of the salad ..I walked in during lunch and the place was pretty much empty so I guess the writing is on the wall…

Overpromise & Underdeliver! There is so much to like about this place, I keep trying it - hoping it will be great. But every time, there's a fatal error. This visit was no exception.Today, I ordered the Saigon Chicken Salad for carry out. The cashier asked if I wanted everything on it, and I said yes. What I got was a bowl of romaine and mixed greens, shredded carrots, a few red onion slices, seven slices of cucumber, some old, dry rice noodles and amazingly delicious sambal-spiced peanuts with exactly 3 oz. of thinly sliced chicken breast (I weighed it). (The cashier told the manager there were some fresh noodles, but the manager thought these would be ok - they weren't). The salad came with the Sesame Peanut dressing, which was also great! However, I did NOT get the fresh cilantro and fresh mint that makes this a "Saigon" chicken salad. Those two fresh herbs are meant to be bursts of fresh flavor. They were missing, unfortunately. No explanation that they were out. Just missing. Before tip, the salad was over $13 - that's fair. The salad should be priced to include all the ingredients. However, when the most flavorful (and most perishable) ingredients are missing, that just leaves a bad taste - literally and figuratively. It is a sign of poor execution. You may go to Cultivare and get a great meal. Their recipes are great and there's tons of potential. But until they execute every order as it is written on the menu (or clearly communicate that they are out of an item), it is not OK to forget or intentionally leave items off a dish. Good luck - I hope your meal was more enjoyable than mine was!

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. A Build-Your-Own salad type of restaurant.

Parking: Plenty of parking

I really liked this place, but what did you do to the Mexican Caesar? It used to have this amazing dressing on this perfect bed of greens, a roasted jalapeno with grilled chicken--totally chef's quality- However what I received tonight as not even the same. I will say the salad was fresh but something I could make at home and nothing I would crave to go out and get plus spend over the price I paid for this. The chicken was no longer grilled it was like these cubes of chicken that you find like on an airport to-go salad. The jalapenos are now sliced and raw---um I love spicy food but no raw jalapenos on my salad. The dressing is definitely not a creamy cilantro caesar like before, it was a vinegary based disaster that frankly upset me. Thank goodness I got an extra cup as 1 would have not even been enough to cover the salad. The tortilla chips were stale. All and all this is not the same salad. DISAPPOINTED

I chose the vegan mushroom bowlThe food was really flavorful I just wish it was indicated that the bowl would be cold. This meal would’ve been better warm. Especially the mushrooms and the grain base.

Went for dinner tonight and had a lovely experience! The food was VERY well priced and super fresh. Great flavor too! The build your own bowl is a great option but the other salads we had off the menu were also delicious. All 3 of us had to get boxes because the portions were so large ? the person who helped us was very friendly as well! Definitely will be back.

Delicious and quick! Had the everything bagel salad and red pepper bisque soup, very delicious! Happy to have found Cultivare as a healthy, quick option. Moved here from AZ several years ago and Johnson County is lacking in health cafe options. Happy to have found this place!

This place is lovely. The staff is friendly and it's nice and clean. As for the food, the teriyaki sauce was so salty, it was nearly inedible, and the hummus was disappointingly bland. Maybe they put the salt for the hummus into the teriyaki sauce. Just guessing... I'll try it once more for good measure and update as necessarily.

Tried the new Saigon Chicken Salad and it was AMAZING. The staff was super friendly and Hannah explained all of their new offerings to me. Can't wait to go back and try the avocado toast!

Indoor seating was such a relax atmosphere. Menu was broken down in a pretty simple way and include gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. GREAT portion sizes and variety in flavors. Includes cheap prices on wine, beer, seltzers, and other drinks. Includes free Wifi and plug ins for computer/ phones. Glass serving table so you can see the food as they prep it, very professional throughout.

I ordered the California Chicken panini and added provolone and it was absolutely amazing! The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. It was the perfect place to go for a quick lunch break. Their patio is open and the weather was beautiful. I will definitely be returning!

The ahi-tuna bowl is my Favorite! You can tell the quinoa blend is made fresh daily. Love the different selection of fountain drinks also- cucumber, blood orange, cream soda. Excited for the seasonal drink menu to come out and make it my #1 happy hour spot!

Food often tastes out of date and I can smell rot any time I come here. ? the vibes are way off. Also what even is the music choice here?Drink prices are great, but at what cost? I don't even see a liquor license anywhere and it shows through the sad bar experience.
