This place can get busy and when it does, prepare for long waits on getting your food. Speaking of food, theirs is delicious and prepared right. The butter burger is well made and the Wisconsin cheese curds are a great complement to it. From the looks of how busy it remains despite having a another burger chain next door, it must be doing something right.

It's my birthday, right? I take my friends here to eat after playing in urban air all day. I came in and ordered them, and I, the lady at the counter, was nice at first, and then some delinquent stays fart spray, and it was not us at all. Just because we are teenagers doesn't mean anything. I wouldn't recommend eating here if you wanna have a great birthday.

The ice cream was not good ... very soft ... not like concrete at other Culver's ... go somewhere else!

This place consistently messes up the order. In the past when they mess up they at least give a free ice cream and an apology. Today we had 4 people eating. 3 of the 4 orders were wrong. When the orders were replaced, still 1 was wrong and we decided to just eat it because it took so long to correct. This time however no free ice cream, even when we asked for it and barely an apology. Find a different Culver's to go to. POORLY MANAGED!

We stopped here the night before a Brandon Lake concert in August. Spoke to the sweetest lady working there. She was a former teacher, if I'm remembering correctly. I have thought of this lady several times since our trip. Because of her, we love Culver's. She told us about the chain and helped us with our order. Best service and great food! They hire the best people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Another screw up!! This place has been consistently going down hill. Today I waited nearly 30 min in the drive through, drove 45 min home only to find out they screwed up the order. I called and some kid REFUSED to refund my money unless I drove all the way back. So I paid $33 for 4 chicken tenders, fries and rings. Keep the change Culvers, I'm done with this place!

There are no Culvers in Oklahoma so when I go to KC to visit my daughter Culvers is always a stop. I usually eat at one on Metcalf in Overland Park but this time we went to the one on 135th and that was a mistake. The burger and fries were cold at that point you loose me. Go to Culvers the food is good stay away from this location. Trust and believe you'll be sorry if you do.
