We had a great time everyone was nice to you my daughter enjoyed herself as well playing the games to win tickets

This is our second birthday event at Dave and Busters. It is always a fun atmosphere and perfect setting for kids that are loud and energetic. The service was great and experience overall was fantastic.

Atmosphere was exciting, but that's where the good stopped. The food was terrible, the games were too expensive for the time one gets to play, some didn't work correctly, and those that did were pretty boring.

The service was extremely slow. Come to find out our server was only on his second day. I felt bad that they set him off on his own with minimal training. The food order came out incorrect and we waited a very long time for everything.

Great for kids…… and adults if you like playing games, which probably helps relieve the parents lol

The night we were there our server was training a new server and it took an abnormal amount of time between table visits and to get our check. As for the food we loved the wings but the protein bowl was ok and the elote cauliflower was disappointing and an odd chemically taste.

Very nice place…. Waitress was very slow with everything. We had to remind her that we was waiting on our receipt… other than that we had a blast!!!

Ok now i have a chance to sit down and write my notes from my visit.

We waited by the host area. there is a sign up that says wait to be seated by an associate. we had 2 walk by us with no service a manager walked by and then sat us.

I then proceeded to watch the bartender, and 3 employees take bombshots not helping any of the customers, let alone greet us or say they will be right with us. Another server joined them for a late shot and then came over to our table. mind you we have been inside for 30 min now. took 10 min to be seated and an additional 20 min before our server greeted us. we knew what we wanted but he was not ready to take our order. So he got us our drinks. a Dr pepper, and a non-alcoholic Heineken.

The Dr. Pepper was flat, and the syrup needed to be changed instead of taking our order, the server proceeded to walk back and get this drink corrected instead of having one of the 3 servers who were still hanging out at the bar chatting. another 10 min goes by finally we have out other drink and he takes our order. We order a protein bowl, and sliders with no onions as i have a food allergy. and some fried pickles as an appetizer.

30 min goes by and our food finally comes out however mine has onions on it. the server apologizes and shows the ticket to us where he submitted it without onions, food allergy. says he will take care of it. another 20 min go by and i finally get my food. its now 1030. we arrived at 845. nearly 2 hours. And mind you it was Dead like maybe 2 other customers sitting at tables eating food.

the manager never came over to apologize and i was surprised at the bill cost bill came to nearly 63. seemed pricey. and even though the server didnt take our food order until about 920 we got charged the regular price for the fried pickles instead of the 9pm happy hour price. this just shows me the lack of customer service and care provided by the establishment. so i will not be coming back for food or drinks.

I normally rate the food from a 1-10 scale

the fried pickles were alright nothing amazing 4 out of 10
the protein bowl was pretty good 6 out of 10.
and the sliders when i finally got them 3 out of 10.

overall the lack of customer service made the food less desirable which is why i gave the google 2 stars out of 5 for food.

we ended up playing games for an hour and had a blast. so we will be back for games just never again for food.

I had a manager respond to my 3 stars asking how they could get us up to a 5. customer service would have changed the experience.

Location was not clean. Men’s bathroom two sinks don’t work and the remaining one is barely giving water. Same problem in the woman’s bathroom and neither bathroom had soap. Games are not working and you can’t find someone to fix them. Card recharging stations are not working properly. Sad excuse for a Dave &busters. Have been going to the D&B is the east coast for years. Was so happy to find one here KS, but won’t be back. Drove an hour to get here, son’s 18th birthday, 300 dollars spent and not worth the money.

Just a follow up. Got contacted by guest relations, they again asked me to provide detail, claiming they would make it right. Then I get another email saying ok. Thanks. Your concerns have been given to the general manager of that location . What a joke.

Made a reservation for 12. Made it at 12.15 on a friday, there wasn't many people dinning at all. Waitress was nice, got drinks super quick. Waitresses advised me to get something of the 19.99 menu cause it would be better priced, appreciated it. Took my 3 kids with me ages 3-10, got 2 burger meals, a kids nugget meal, and boneless wings n fries. We didn't start eating until 1pm, and they didn't bring my toddlers food out, he looked so sad, so I gave him my fries til his food came out. I wasn't happy at all. Waited a bit longer on his food to come out after waiting well over half an hour without a full house. My kids seemed to like the burgers, nuggets were a little too crunchy for a 3yo, Wings were made from same thing but the buffalo wasn't the best, tasted more like vinegar, I wouldn't go here for "wings", ranch was mid... Games were great, kids had fun, they have great variety of games for older kids not really anything for younger children, but that's to be expected

Had a decent time here. Would go again.

Had reservations for my son birthday at 8:30 no one was at the booth to help up he stood there at the host station for 30 I called the Dave and busters I couldn't get anyone on the phone I had to go to the bar to get help after that 10 minutes later we finally got help. Our waitress was so amazing and food was good .

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

Fun place to take the family. Lots of cool games and 3-D games. Also lots of basketball games.
