This location has new management and it shows. I have only ever called a company to complain about their food once in my life and it was when I got scammed here about three years ago. And yes. I was scammed. It was completely unacceptable and the food I received three hours late and cold was inedible. I had to throw it out. Did I get my money back? Nope. Just an offer for a new medium pizza from the same location. I decided to save my trash can space and refuse the offer.
We ordered Dominos through Uber eats and when I found out it was coming from this restaurant, I called to cancel the order. It was too late. The food was cooked already which is the first hint I had that there was new management. It arrived and was delicious. I had not eaten Dominos once in the three years since I got that horrific last order and can gladly say I’m back on board. Thank you to this new management and keep up the good work!

One pizza had no sauce and my thin crust was more like a thin chip…barely any crust at all. Very disappointed in the quality. I wish I would’ve spent $40 on groceries rather than this pizza. Never again. Ended up throwing it away.
Always a decent experience and when it's not they make it right. Not alot of good customer service anymore so give credit when n where credit is due

We were traveling home, and we thought there would be a place to sit, eat, wash hands and use the restroom! The gentleman at the front desk was not friendly. We live in a smaller town an hour from this one and we have a place to dine in. We were disappointed and had a long day in the city and just wanted to sit and stretch our legs.

Lived in this area for years and never had orders from here until few weeks ago. First experience was great and the new franchise owner delivered my pizza. He was really nice and wanted to be sure all was looked good. Now we find ourselves ordering there almost every week. The quality is always good when we order and when I go in always welcomed with a smile and hello. We will continue to go back. We got the 2 medium pizzas with Parmesan knots and cinnamon twist for 19.99. We upgrade the crust to the pan, perfection every time.

The bread bites I ordered with a coupon came without sauce. I was told the best they could do is remake them. I don't have time for that, so I had it taken off the order. I asked for reparation for half of my order being incorrect, and the manager only gave me a 20oz drink. That's not food, and costs less than what was made incorrectly. What a waste of a coupon. Furthermore the survice was subpar. Even when I first came in, the manager was gruff at best. It was not like this when I came here 10 months ago, I will not be back. Every other Domino's I've been to in the area is leagues better than this.
First time in great second time the place was a mess. Floors needed sweeping.

On 12/27/2024 I Ordered two large pizza's when I came in I gave my name and received my pizza when the time came to pay for my order I was told how much it would cost and I handed Nina a hundred dollar bill because it was all I had she accepted the money then after a brief delay she said she could not give me change unless I wanted to wait 10 min. I respectfully declined and said I would use my debit card instead of handing the hundred bill back to me she threw it on the pizza box. I'm not sure if it's customary to not hand back money that was handed to you but I definitely did not appreciate the money not given back to me as it was given.

Terrible shop. Cold food, pizza barely had any ingredients on it. Asked for two ingredients on one side but they put one on each side. Delivery driver didn’t have a hot bag and made a stop by quiktrip for 20 mins.
