While expressing my concern about receiving the wrong order, I encountered a level of disrespect and indifference that I have never experienced before. The manager, Lisa, not only refused to address my issue but also verbally assaulted me and her own team. This behavior reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service. Despite the Domino's Pizza guarantee advertised on their website, I was informed that the team at Quivera had completely botched my order and that they would attend to it whenever they could. After waiting for nearly an hour, I was finally told they could remake my pizza after I requested a refund. If I had known I would have such a negative experience, I would have never placed an order. To make matters worse, the managers, including Lisa, Anna, and Justin, made derogatory remarks about me in front of their team, which is completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Dominos as a whole has failed me the past few years, but I just had one of the best Domino's experiences, so I have to give them credit when credit's due. The pizza was ready on time, accurate, well made, and tasted great. Ordered on a Saturday around 7pm. Also, I like the remodel and new lighting, definitely an upgrade for you guys it seems.

Tastes are always great but the order marks ready and you will receive a message saying your pizza is ready and you think that's right and visit the store and you will see your pizza actually still baking.So i request to mark ready only its actually ready please.

Our pizza was "on route" for an hour and a half. We called and asked management where it was. They were incredibly dismissive of us. After it updated to say it would take ANOTHER 45 minutes to arrive (after already being an hour and a half late) we never received our pizza.
Called the store less than 2 miles away. They said they don't deliver, and had to transfer me. This location said it doesn't do delivery, or have carryout. Why are they open?

Requested plates and napkins with the delivery as I do not have access to them at my hotel(they only have glass plates and are locked up after 10am) and the driver got to me and said they do not have them at this store location.Tried to call the store to verify this and was left on hold for over 20minutes.
