Decided to go here this morning instead of Starbucks. I ordered ahead on the app about 8 minutes before getting to the store. When I got to the window, they had my food item ready, but I had to wait for 10 minutes just for my drink. They tried giving me another person's drink, just because the first name was the same. I just don't get how they didn't have enough time to make my drink when they had damn near 20 minutes to do so. What is the point of having an app you can order on to have it ready when you get there, only for it not to even be ready. The worst service I have had here.

Earthy Birds

I really just called corporate on this store. I won't be back. This is the 3rd time ...there is always something! First time I ordered a cappuccino and got regular coffee, 2nd time I ordered vanilla in my latte, no vanilla, this time I waited at the drive thru for 5 mins, with no one else there. No cars out front or in line. Why even open!!

I stop here regularly in the mornings since it's around the corner from work. I love the staff, so friendly and awesome!!! I just wish the bacon would come out like it's supposed to - warm & crispy with some of the sugary yumminess... 🤤
Otherwise, great store & awesome people!

Super service, fantastic atmosphere. Very friendly employees. But the hours posted are wrong. It says they close at 8pm, but currently it's 7:21, and the chairs are up with the doors locked with staff still inside. Hours of Operation posts need to be updated if they're going to close at hours other than 8pm.

I had a really great experience about 20 mins ago. Not sure if they were short but the lady that got my order had really nice customer service. The food was great! Who says that for DD? Definitely prepped with care and donuts were super fresh. I visit from FL and this is a great new spot when I come.

They didn't acknowledge us when we walked in or stated they would be with us, stood at the counter for 5 mins. Very slow with ordering and overcharge us. And slow to get fix it. My frozen coffee didn't taste as good.

Every time you turn around the lobby is closed, then they have a long line in the drive thru that takes forever. I see the employee’s standing around talking way to much. The drink is relieved you could tell had been sitting thr whole 25 min I day in line at drivethru even though I ordered in store pick up on app.they didn't even bother to make me a fresh drink. Will be talking to Mgr when I go on Monday IF the lobby is open yet. Very disappointed, do better. Guess I should add i get m6 drink there every morning and have never had this bad of service except for lobby being closed multiple times.

I honestly haven’t even been coming to Dunkin for quite some time now, but I wanted to get coffee there and the avocado toast. I went through the drive-through. I ordered avocado toast with no seasoning and I ordered a white chocolate latte when I received my order. I got avocado toast with extra seasoning and then I got my white chocolate latte with whipped topping and cinnamon sugar. I looked at the sticker and they added the cinnamon sugar, which is not what I said, very disappointed

I overhead a manager talking down to staff until one of them was in tears. Completely disrespectful. The young girls that work there, evening time, Monday-Friday are always so sweet to my daughters and myself, and I've sat in there for hours with two young children and they seem to enjoy our business/company, the workers know my daughters by name, it has becomea weekly stop just becauseof how kind these employees are. We love going and it hurts to see these girls be treated this way by new managers.

Don’t come here if you want a donut! Strange to say about a donut shop, but I went today at 8am and they said they are completely out of donuts. We recently had a lot of snow, so maybe shipments were delayed, but why make your employees even work or have your shop open if there is no inventory?
