They didn't acknowledge us when we walked in or stated they would be with us, stood at the counter for 5 mins. Very slow with ordering and overcharge us. And slow to get fix it. My frozen coffee didn't taste as good.

Every time you turn around the lobby is closed, then they have a long line in the drive thru that takes forever. I see the employee’s standing around talking way to much. The drink is relieved you could tell had been sitting thr whole 25 min I day in line at drivethru even though I ordered in store pick up on app.they didn't even bother to make me a fresh drink. Will be talking to Mgr when I go on Monday IF the lobby is open yet. Very disappointed, do better. Guess I should add i get m6 drink there every morning and have never had this bad of service except for lobby being closed multiple times.
I honestly haven’t even been coming to Dunkin for quite some time now, but I wanted to get coffee there and the avocado toast. I went through the drive-through. I ordered avocado toast with no seasoning and I ordered a white chocolate latte when I received my order. I got avocado toast with extra seasoning and then I got my white chocolate latte with whipped topping and cinnamon sugar. I looked at the sticker and they added the cinnamon sugar, which is not what I said, very disappointed
I overhead a manager talking down to staff until one of them was in tears. Completely disrespectful. The young girls that work there, evening time, Monday-Friday are always so sweet to my daughters and myself, and I've sat in there for hours with two young children and they seem to enjoy our business/company, the workers know my daughters by name, it has becomea weekly stop just becauseof how kind these employees are. We love going and it hurts to see these girls be treated this way by new managers.

Don’t come here if you want a donut! Strange to say about a donut shop, but I went today at 8am and they said they are completely out of donuts. We recently had a lot of snow, so maybe shipments were delayed, but why make your employees even work or have your shop open if there is no inventory?

This is a wonderful Dunkin’ Donuts location all around! They seem to have a new man managing, and he does a fantastic job in that the service is quick, accurate and friendly. Their drink formulations are consistent and I appreciate that. The staff is professional and welcoming. I drive a little bit out of my way to frequent this location. At the corporate level, you can’t beat their rewards program, it rivals and surpasses Starbucks rewards program. I appreciate the variety of drink options, matching the seasons, and the prices are lower than Starbucks, which in this economy is also a reason to pick Dunkin’ Donuts for my morning coffee and breakfast items. This location has a particularly attractive interior with the recent remodel, it’s a clean and nice setting for having a coffee and sitting down for a bit to unwind. My last compliment concerns their French cruller, it just tastes delicious! Dunkin’ Donuts has been a lifetime love of mine.

Utterly disorganized. Door was locked, people inside had to let me in. Waited more than 30 minutes just to find out my food had been sitting on the counter for 30 minutes. Turns out the only way to get your order is to lean over the counter and flag someone down. In the time I was there about a dozen people had to do the same. Not a single carry out order was placed in the designated spot. Total waste of money, lesson learned.

I am always in the drive through for at least 20 minutes even if there is just one person in front of me. They always mess up my order and the manager always has an attitude when I tell them they mess up my food
