I enjoy most of the employees here. They greet you with a smile and they r friendly. However. The way the manager talks to them and to guests?!?! Un acceptable. So un professional. I come in every now and then and whenever she is there everyone looks upset, she's always raising her voice and belittling her employees. I think I heard her name was Mandy? Or maybe mindy? I would never have the patience to put up with that kind of behavior. The overall demeanor of the employees is much better when she's not around. Even when she is they try to smile at guests. I don't recommend working here if that's the type of treatment being given. No way. Dunkin. U need to do better.That's my only complaint really. I love the energy from that young lady who wears glasses. I couldn't catch her name but it seems like she juggles drive through and front counter a lot. She always greets with a smile and is so kind. ? I only come back for the nice employees. That manager needs better training

Absolutely terrible experience. While waiting on order heard manager having tamper tantrum with the employees, and asking them to be in their places. This may be her way of having things in order, however, as a customer, I didn’t want to be there a bit, and stared my day as her yelling at her employees. Bad management, terrible experience.

Normally have a great experience here. Today was a completely different story. The person taking our order in the drive-thru asked while in the middle of us ordering “how many donuts will you be ordering?” Our response was “we’re not done ordering yet, so we aren’t sure.” And then she asked the same question again, and we responded with the same answer. It’s very odd to ask someone that while in the middle of ordering, especially when the computer that the person is entering the order on will show exactly how many donuts we ordered. Then when they gave us our order, they forgot two of the donuts we ordered and then the lady at the window had the nerve to say “sorry, I don’t know nothing about it.” Cool - so you don’t check the orders before you give them to your customers? Do better and stop making lousy excuses.

I like the cold brew. The new remodel and current manager just made going in to this location a treat this morning the employees were smiling and it was a nice experience.

Donuts tasted stale. But beyond that was the insanely rude drive thru customer service. We pulled up with kids and asked for a few minutes to order. After less than a minute she bugged me to order. When I started listing what I needed some other lady in the background cut us off rudely to say "HE NEEDS TO TELL US HOW MANY FROM THE START"....than one of our kids asked about a donut, I politely said one minute please and within twenty seconds was being rushed again. What's funny is even after I told them how many donuts, after each one the drive thru person kept asking"is that all" obviously if I tell you five donuts and I've only ordered two I'm going to order more.The employees didn't even engage at the window and rushed us. There were hardly any cars there and lobby was empty. I'm sure they are a delight at peak hours.

We love this place and the remodel looks amazing unfortunately the service has degraded to the point that I’m not sure if I want to come back. It took 10 min for us to get 3 donuts and 30 minutes to get 2 wake-up wraps. When I asked how long it was going to take the employee had a very bad attitude and was kind of rude. If you can, drive m 10 more minutes to the next dunking Donuts! Or go to Krispy Cream!

This Dunkin location is the worst. Slow, so slow. Workers are mostly careless and rude. The food is nasty and comes out cold bc the people at the front move with no urgency whatsoever. It you go to the drive thru and there’s more than 1 car expect at least a 15 -20 min wait.

They have been remodeling all the stores they look nice. And it's adding to the customers wanting to come in instead of just use drive through.

This location is straight up garbage. 10+ minutes in the drive through to get through 2 cars I ordered a hot latte that had so little coffee in it it came out cold from all the milk. Please don't go here so this franchise can bankrupt

The manger snaps at employees if the window is left open during peak hours, and members have left mid-shift due to the manger. The food is mid tier, and the wait times are stupidly long. I would not recommend this location, but I would recommend the 151st location, where the manager is willing to work with customers and employees.
