I visited the Dunkin’ Donuts near my home and had a disappointing in-store experience this morning. While I was waiting to order, an older gentleman was helped before me, which was fine. However, after handing him his muffin, the staff member walked away without acknowledging that I was still waiting. A brief explanation or even a quick acknowledgment would have gone a long way, but instead I was left standing there without any communication.
It appeared that only two employees were working at the time, and a few minutes later the second employee let me know she would help me when she had time. This is not the first time I’ve experienced long wait times at this location. On a previous visit, I waited about 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, even though there were only around four customers inside the store.
I’m not sure if this location is understaffed or overworked, but long waits and lack of communication seem to be a recurring issue. If you need something quickly, I would recommend using the drive-through instead of ordering inside. Otherwise, there are nearby alternatives such as Starbucks and Popeyes that may be more efficient.

Absolutely a disappointment. They’re open until 8pm (even on NYE), but they only have a few 1/2 trays of donuts left—for the day—at 1pm. 7 hours left and they’re not making more. Absolutely ridiculous!!

The sandwich was a little overheated, though it still had the classic Dunkin’ taste. It was rush hour, but the staff moved fast and we got our order quickly. A bit more attention to food temperature would make the experience perfect.

Came in today and was greeted by a young lady that was nice but she was pushed around by other worker while I’m talking to her, seemed kinda odd n rushed…idk Will be going to a different Dunkin doughnuts.

I feel like 3 stars is a stretch but I’m feeling generous. Went through the drive thru this morning around 8:15am. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel toasted, hash browns and a medium double-double coffee. (I explained double the cream and double the sugar of a normal medium coffee) waited almost 15 minutes from the time of order to the time of getting my food. Coffee wasn’t made right and the hash browns were cold (cool to the touch). They at least got the sandwich right. No wonder this place is only hovering just above 3 stars.

Woman working window this morning was extremely rude…from the time she took the order to interraction at the window….grown women dont need to be condescending to other paying grown adults… and the order was wrong after we drove off

The drive through card reader asks for a tip. At a drive through???? And they forgot my kolaches, so I have to go back

Had a not so fun experience with my local dunkin. My friend and I put in online orders and picked them up through the drive thru. When we got to the speaker, they informed us that they were out of glazed donuts (on a saturday at noon). they were unable to refund this or get us any replacement as they were out of basically everything. When we recieved the rest of our order the workers were rude and disrespectful. our food was burnt or cold or not cooked enough. My coffee was terrible and i am thoroughly disappointed.
