Had a not so fun experience with my local dunkin. My friend and I put in online orders and picked them up through the drive thru. When we got to the speaker, they informed us that they were out of glazed donuts (on a saturday at noon). they were unable to refund this or get us any replacement as they were out of basically everything. When we recieved the rest of our order the workers were rude and disrespectful. our food was burnt or cold or not cooked enough. My coffee was terrible and i am thoroughly disappointed.

Employees are all angry, no one speaking to any customers. I waited 10 minutes for my mobile order the app said was ready. Employee growled and handed me my food. I was trying to ask about my coffee part of my order that I didn’t receive yet but he stalked off before I could finish my sentence. Waited another 10 minutes. Finally interrupted another employee who was MAD I asked her. She walked to a counter full of coffees, found mine that was sitting there THE ENTIRE TIME, and I left with my now cold coffee. I’m so disappointed. Terrible experience all around. Will not be returning.

Literally the slowest Dunkin I've ever been to. I waited 40 mins in the drive thru before even ordering and because the drive thru has curbs on either side I could leave without ordering.
DON'T WORK HERE DONT GO HERE They don't care about anyone's well being nor do they care about the lack of staffing! I was there for 4 months and planned to stay a lot longer! They keep the bad employees with no work ethic but don't try to keep the ones that bust ass for them! AND THERES MOLD UNDER THE COFFEE MACHINES AND IN THE ESPRESSO GRINDERS

Today around 10:45 I got the Famous maple sugar bacon sandwich. The middle eastern employee made the sandwich where I could see her preparing it. This is what she handed to me. This is literally Despicable 😫😤 Never coming here again :/

I went in to get two dozen donuts for my office. I asked for a variety and was given the most boring selection. I think their donuts are good but highly recommended walking in to pick your own variety.
