Nordstrom please stop making matcha.
I love this hidden gym but I hate that it’s become so expensive to eat here and that they don’t have the things like tiramisu dessert anymore and the prices have really gotten outrageous and some of the desserts they used to have like some of the cookies they don’t even carry anymore. They would be a lot busier if they went down on the prices just a bit because I remember the day when it used to be really busy on Saturdays and this would be a real treat for me and my daughter to get the Tuscan chicken or salmon with vegetables and a dessert and go shopping now they don’t carry either one of those .. It’s like Nordstrom is not listening to what there consumers are saying and the people that are working there are saying and they are losing there charm And if I’m gonna be playing close to $20 for a salad, I should at least get full off of it. Lettuce is not that expensive.

I am downgrading my previous review after my recent lunch with a friend here. The service is nonexistent. Our food was delivered cold and the server was never seen after he brought the food. The idea of prepayment of the tip is backwards, guaranteeing poor service. I will not be back.
They are called Artisan Cafe and they have everything but not coffee. Only cold black coffee self service. They should consider in changing to a most proper name like Restaurant The Cafe…

I’ve been going here for years, but I notice the service of workers has declined… I never really felt inclined to leave a review but there was a grown lady with glasses at the register this morning that was counting her till and didn’t look up . No hello. Just “what can I get you?” I asked for a cookie and she replied is that it? And I asked for an ice water too. I was taken back by her attitude and forgot I asked for an ice water…I began to walk off she did holler at me to come get it. Idk if that annoyed her that I asked for an ice water, but the whole interaction felt snooty and not what I’d expect for the customer service standard Nordstrom holds.

Emily was very sweet and super helpful. It waz my first time and i asked her what she would recommend, and she recommended me a lavender chai latte and I loved it. I will be coming back to this location because of the wonderful service Emily provided! Please give her a raise!! ?

If it'd not made by THE DWAYNE TENPENNY.... and I cannot stress this enough I DONT WANT IT!! Legend!
Server and cashier are super rude. Asked to change my milk from regular to almond before she makes it, she got furious, start slamming things around, rolled her eyes and made sounds. It is just a coffee honey, we aren’t supposed to experience this!
Nordstrom Cafe is a great little place to enjoy lunch with your bestie or best guy. Both the food and the service are top notch, like you'd expect from Nordstrom. My friend and I each got a salad, mine with salmon and some type of mustard dressing, and they were both amazing. The fortunate thing about Nordstrom cafe is it's tucked away enough that unless you're planning to go there you might not and up there. It's a very good sized dining room with lots of booths and tables. It's a very relaxing way to spend lunch even if you're not shopping there. It's not cheap we probably paid close to $50 for our lunch. However the salads are very sizable and you will not leave hungry. We asked for some bread and butter as well and that was excellent too.The only unfortunate thing is since covid they've taken down many of their displays so you can't see exactly what you're going to get. It used to look much more inviting. When we walked in I almost thought that they were closed because of the lack of displays. Their cookies and chocolates look great and I would have liked to try them, as well.
