Consistently Inconsistent. Where is the cream cheese?? Never know what quality the breakfast sandwiches will be, minimal to sufficient cream cheese, thin or regular size bagels no matter what you order. I saw an employee sneeze on the food today, he turned his head from food in front of him and sneezed on a whole rack of bagels. I’ve been an Einstein fan for at least 20 years in another state but this one needs some help. Do better Einstein Bros.

Over the last few years they have removed all of the indoor seating, so you have to take your food to go. I recently ordered the brisket and egg sandwich, and I received what I can only describe as pinch shredded beef scraps on my sandwich instead of slices of brisket like in the photo. Everything else I've had here was good.

The cashiers need more training, I was in line for 15 mins, when I finally approached the cashier, he told me that they have to shutdown taking orders for at-least another 10-15mins since they were super busy and backed on previous orders, I walked out of the store!!

Customer service at the drive through may be somewhat devious. They stated the charge card touch screen did not work, “so press 1,2or3.” Those numbers are “TIPS IN DOLLARS.” I was not offered “NO TIP,” on a bill of $4.90.

Had paid for coffee and had to ask and wait for a coffee cup

Had ordered smear on my bagel nothing on it. Had to wait until they finished their conversation to get a response and what I ordered. What should have been 5 minutes with only 3 customers, took 14 minutes

Very polite staff. Order ahead. Counter orders take awhile.

The Maple House Egg Sandwich was sweet, but not overly so. The Santa Fe Egg White Sandwich was tasty. The bagels were soft. Both were warm to touch. The cashier could have been friendlier. There’s outdoor seating. Inside, there was a lack of seating, possibly because I arrived an hour and a half before closing time.

Service is slow. Interior looks to be worn out. Selection of bagles is slim.

Ordered ahead online, arrived shop and stood in front of pickup area, ignored by all staff, food was ready on the shelf before I entered the shop, didn't get `noticed` until 20 mins later.

Too nice ladies work here who did an excellent job. I wish there were some chairs in there just to sit and wait if not dine in, but I like the novolox bagel with an everything bagel and honor of everything everywhere all at once!

Parking: Parking is not a problem it's on a strip mall.
