Einstein’s still makes a solid bagel sandwich. My go-to is the Chorizo Sunrise on a Green Chile bagel (their best bagel, in my opinion), though I wish they’d offer salsa instead of avocado—it’d be less messy and more flavorful. The jalapeño salsa cream cheese is my favorite spread by far—if you like a little heat, it’s a must-try. Eggs are freshly cooked and you can choose 1 or 2 eggs, which is a nice option.

Service during my visit was chaotic, but mostly because of unusual circumstances—a customer issue about a double charge slowed everything down. The young manager did his best under pressure, and even though orders were delayed, I appreciated his effort. The cashier, who seemed to be on the autism spectrum, was kind and even got a laugh out of a customer—small moments like that matter.

Price is on the high side (my sandwich and coffee came to about $13), but there are ways to make it worth it:

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Justin who was working today. His customer service was exceptional! Super friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful. That kind of energy is rare these days. He deserves a raise or promotion for sure. Keep up the great work!

I have given this store more than enough chances to get my order correct, all I want is a plain bagel with regular spread, ham and Swiss cheese, not toasted. Every time it’s messed up, today I went in, the guy took my order, he seemed to understand, I repeated it, he said I got it, well my fault for not looking yet again, got it, it was toasted, no spread on it. I give up on this time place. Time to find a new breakfast spot.

Gotta say the people working there were great. The place itself was very clean. Great service by the employees very friendly. In and out was a plus.

I’ve ordered from this store multiple times through DoorDash, but unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. The orders are almost always late, sometimes significantly past the estimated delivery time. On top of that, whenever I try to reach out for updates or assistance, the response is either very slow or non-existent. It’s frustrating to deal with the lack of communication and unreliability. I hope they improve their timing and customer service soon.

The last all nighter that my husband and I got a little over a week ago made us sooooo sick, definitely food poisoning. When we bit into it, the bacon was not done and the sausage tasted off. We put half the sandwich in the fridge for later and it stunk our fridge up so bad, the smell won't dissipate! We used to get these every morning but after this, hell no 😑

For some odd reason I thought Einstein Bros. Bagels was One demension . It's really Multi-functional. With very tasty ingredients. I was Sleep on them. Not anymore.
