i had kind of a traumatic experience for it being my first time here. i called ahead to order, asked what ingredients were in the drink i wanted and then ordered, when i came to pick it up, i was told that they didn’t have half the ingredients to make it. another customer said it would be insulting to ask for another drink. and so i ended up paying full price for a cup of ice water with only the powder base and left crying.

Seriously one of my families favorite places! Austin and Sophie consistently go above and beyond when making our drinks. There’s always new menus with fun new flavors to try. The shop is always extremely clean and beautifully decorated. They always have fun events with giveaways too. We love Energize OP and can’t recommend it enough!

I love this place. It is right next to my work and is so inviting, not to mention so delicious. It gives me all the perks of caffeine without the crash, and I don't get any flares from my endometriosis like I do from other drink places. The staff is also so helpful and kind. 100% would recommend.

Austin and Sophia are so kind and I thoroughly enjoy visiting whenever I’m in the area! I love the blue blast and red velvet flavors!! 😍 The shakes and teas give me a quick, healthy, and nutritious way to fuel my body, especially when I’m busy and don’t have time to make a full meal on my own. I love Energize OP!! 💞🤩🥤
Parking: Easy access to the building, with available parking every time I go! 🚗
Kid-friendliness: I don’t have kiddos, but I know if someone did, kids would love these shake/tea flavors and the environment of the shop is fun, bright, and welcoming for kids!

WOW, I'm not usually a fan of coffee shops or nutrition places like GNC but Austin and Sophia make the whole experience worth trying. Their recommendations on what to try are SPOT ON, everything from herbal tea, protein/meal replacement shakes and even coffee!!

The best place for yummy meal replacement shakes & energizing tea for all the energy to tackle your day! Staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the products they offer. Highly recommend giving them a try, you won’t be disappointed!
No clear marking on what has dairy and what doesn't. I was served a shake with dairy even after I asked if it could be made dairy free. It seems like none of their shakes can be made dairy free or vegan.
