We have been 5 or 6 times and has always been great. Tonight was an off night. Happy Hour apps of shrimp and the cauliflower were great. Mains of the Cajun steak ...was cold...and the pork chop...was way over cooked and tough as shoe leather. Carrots with the chop, although great concept...those carrots were too large to cook like that. Should have been par boiled first then grilled or choose smaller carrots

Everything was really good. Experience was great, waiter took care of everyone at the table with no problems. My only criticism is that my NY Strip was just a bit inconsistent on the cook. I asked for medium well and half was medium well the other half was well. But all in all we had a great time.

Food was good. Prime rip was ordered med-rare and it was mostly med-well. It's the first time I've had it there so didn't know what to expect. Overall pretty good but not quite worth the price. Their steaks are fantastic. Server had a bad day. Took a while to get to us, didn't put in part of my order, never came back to check on the food or refills. The floor manager covered her on the refills and missed item, but it was pretty bad. It's a great place, just a tough service. Wouldn't hesitate returning.

Our family ate at Firebirds for a birthday celebration. The food, ambiance and service were all great. Everyone's food was cooked perfectly and the server was excellent. We'll definitely be returning.
